Barista named Shelby is always friendly, knowledgeable with different drink recommendations and an overall hard worker who tends to work circles around the others who seem to be catching up on daily events and gossiping about other customers. I frequent Starbucks locations coast to coast due to work and I can only hope Starbucks realizes what a gem they have in Shelby.“

The 1st time the cashier was so sweet and helpful and suggested modifications to my order and let me know about the Friday deal they offer. “I have a sister-in-law from Otsego that brought down the wonderful incredibly phenomenal blueberry cinnamon buns and I would highly recommend those best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had and now coming from Paw Paw to head to Otsego just to go there and experience more of their food.
