“Plainwell is my hometown go-to Starbucks and while not all the baristas go above and beyond at this location, one tends to stand out. Barista named Shelby is always friendly, knowledgeable with different drink recommendations and an overall hard worker who tends to work circles around the others who seem to be catching up on daily events and gossiping about other customers. I frequent Starbucks locations coast to coast due to work and I can only hope Starbucks realizes what a gem they have in Shelby.“

“I had a great experience at this BIGGBY! I normally lean toward other chain coffee places, but in trying this Biggby found it to be very good. Lane who was working the drive thru was super helpful and recommended the Butter Bear, and it was delicious. I really appreciated the friendly service and great recommendation. I’ll definitely be getting it again!“

“I was there sometime between the 1st and 4th im not sure bc it was a blur. The district manager? Had stopped in. Anyway I want to thank her because the app wasnt working correctly 😔 she took my order fast and fixed a shake that got soupy while waiting. It was for a d.ieing person id have done anything to make happy. It turned out to be the last meal they ate. That meant the world to me that you helped and made such a difference. They passed 24h later. Thank you.“

“I recently visited Factory Coffee - Frank Street, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Factory Coffee - Frank Street offers a welcoming, modern atmosphere that makes it easy to relax, work, or catch up with friends. From the moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed, with a clean aesthetic, comfortable seating, and a warm, inviting energy.
The coffee was outstanding. Every drink was carefully prepared, rich in flavor, and consistently high in quality. Whether ordering a classic espresso, a smooth latte, or a specialty brew, the attention to detail was evident in every cup. The menu also offers a nice variety of options for different tastes, making it a great spot for both casual coffee drinkers and true enthusiasts.
The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit. They were quick to greet customers, happy to offer recommendations, and clearly passionate about delivering a great experience. Their service added a personal touch that made the visit even more enjoyable.
Beyond the coffee, the overall environment stood out. It’s a place that encourages people to stay awhile, whether working on a laptop, reading, or meeting up with others. The combination of atmosphere, quality drinks, and excellent service creates a strong sense of community.
Overall, Factory Coffee - Frank Street is a standout coffee destination that consistently delivers quality, comfort, and care. It’s the kind of place that quickly becomes a favorite local spot.
I would highly recommend it for daily coffee runs and relaxed productive work sessions anytime.“

“The only store that consistently gives me exactly what I ordered I travel from the other side of town“
“The staff that were there this morning were absolutely amazing! 😍 They were working so hard busting their tails. My issue is everyone gets drinks in the am. It's one of the busiest times of the day. There were not enough staff available to keep up with the line. There were only 3 staff. As I was pulled up to the front a 4th arrived. However I suggest a minimum of 5 on staff after 630. That's when the school rush will start to arrive. Shout out to the awesome employees there this morning though! They did a great job and kept a positive attitude and didn't give up!!“

“The people that work at this location are friendly and nice . It didn’t take long to get my drink . But your Staff at this location is always so friendly and nice . Very welcoming. They smile and talk to you like a person . They look you in the eye when they talk to you . Very respectful . You don’t always get service like that anymore . And I appreciate that the staff here does that.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really like this Dunkin’! The service is always friendly and quick, and the coffee tastes great every time. The donuts are super fresh — you can tell they’re made recently. It’s just a nice spot to grab my coffee and start the day right! ☕🍩“
