“We recently had a delicious brunch in one of the igloos and the atmosphere was relaxing. Our server, Jenna is knowledgeable of the menu and is a very upbeat pleasant sever. Which is hard to find nowadays. We will definitely will be going back to try their evening menu.”

“I had to have major oral surgery and I can't eat normal for awhile, and the only thing I could think of that sounded good was the pea soup from here. I messaged (didn't think it would be possible, cuz what restaurant does a special order for soup in the middle of summer?) and she made me 2 quarts!!! I've said it before, but her recipe tastes exactly like my grandma's did growing up. Such a hug in each bowl! Thank you SO MUCH!”

“Ordered two steaks medium and they came super bloody. Wings were definitely not sauced enough. Got fries when I ordered mashed potatoes. However, the waitress seemed very experienced and was able to correct errors efficiently.”

“Sadly today was my first visit to Jersey Giant SUBS! in Plainwell. I didn't realize what I had been missing. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The service is great. The subs are exceptional! Highly recommend.”

“Pizza was pretty good ended up stopping by Kalamazoo on our way back due to power loss so for an unexpected find it was nice. Tried the medium style crust its kinda hand tossed thickness. Was a nice find and the ladies at the counter were super nice even gave us a recommendation for something to do with our dog the next day. Check them out!”

“Truly the best ice cream I have ever had! I live in Wisconsin now and my family was able to pack it in dry ice and haul it all the way here for me! They do not have ice cream like this anywhere else. Highly recommend. Cotton candy is the best flavor but they’re all good! 👍🏼”

“Lauren made an adorable cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday party. It was amazing! Not only was it beautiful, but it was the best cake I’ve ever tasted, and many agreed! She was also wonderful with accommodating both a tree nut and a red dye allergy— for a cake with pink bows. The strawberry filling was real strawberries. Easy to work with too! Bravo!”

“I love this place. The food has always been great, the owners are always incredibly nice and the pricing is fair. The building itself always felt so cool to me, and though it could be cleaned up a tiny bit, it is still just neat in my opinion. I’ve been coming here for a long time now. Thank you very much!”

“My mom was hungry just got home from work and was waiting on a fridge delivery (time frame was 3-6pm) so she obviously couldn’t leave. So her and my younger sister ordered Uber eats, unfortunately they couldn’t get a driver in the area so the order time kept getting pushed back, eventually the fridge was delivered and still no food. So we called Arby’s (Plainwell, Mi location) and and told asked if we could just pick up our order ourselves, when we got there the store manager was awaiting our arrival with all our warm food and even paid for our order due to the 2 hour inconvenience. Almost had all three of us in tears. Very genuine, kind, patient & understanding!! Will definitely continue to have our service!! Thanks again so much!! All three of us agree the store manager is amazing!!”

“The Mother’s Day staff is doing a wonderful job this year! It’s so gross to see adult women yelling at high schoolers for not making their coffees fast enough, but some people just don’t enjoy the little moments.”
