This biggby does not disappoint! They have cute cups every time I go, and they are SO helpful with their suggestions! I am HOOKED on the Lotta love matcha latte with cold foam! it tasted like fresas con crema (strawberries and whipped cream). I had to go and get a second one an hour later! ?
Always have good food and coffee. My only complaint is the one female barista that looks like she's trying to be "Snooki". Has a massive attitude problem! She answers the ordering station with the sense that your doing her wrong by ording from them. Then if you order more than one thing it upsets her (her tone and demeanor says so). She acts like she shouldn't be in customer service. Bigby do your self a favor and let her go! She is giving your location and company and very bad...read full review

My favorite barista duo was working this morning, Kaylea and Hope. When I see these two working the morning shift my day and coffee experience gets a little better. I know I will get friendly service. I know I will get fast service. But the thing I like the most is the vibe or aura of the coffee shop when they are working. Friendly, calm, fun.
