“We had an issue with our curbside pickup order when we made it home. The manager, Tabitha, made it right. We have visited this store frequently and the service is always very good to excellent at the Plainwell Applebee’s. It’s rare to have an issue. Kudos to the team; great job.“

“I don't normally write Burger King reviews, However, THIS LOCATION Actually deserves A GOOD ONE.
We order from the app to get our digital deals, usually on our way to the M-89 movie theater, then pull up to the window. They are very courteous and Actually Put The Extra Toppings We ORDERED AND PAYED FOR, in The App, On the Food. Which I know sounds like a no-brainer!!! BUT NINE OUT OF OTHER 10 LOCATIONS CANNOT GET THIS RIGHT.

“The 2 people who helped us I wish I would of gotten thier names but they were fantastic! They worked hard to get our order quick after a system update and were very apologetic. They got my mom a coffee when she asked for one while we waited to order. They were super polite and professional. Thank you!“

“I was extremely disappointed at the food we were served on Saturday 8/07 . We ordered a shaskuska and it was a can of tomatoes with jalapeño that you bought at a store with two eggs on top, oh I forgot a few crumbed of feta cheese. It was cold and it tasted horrific. I have never experienced such a bad experience as breakfast like that before. It was tasteless and the price we paid for a can of tomatoes and 2 eggs ( even if eggs are more expensive now) it was almost $15!!! I was with a friend and did not want to make a scene so I did not say anything during my time there. I certainly won’t recommend this place.“

“I was there to celebrate my niece's birthday. It was a great time with family but the lights were very low like we were having a romantic rendezvous. Parts of my food was cold and my partner didn't get his food and had to take it to go.“
