The staff there was so nice. Our Host & our Server were so sweet & engaging. My Southwest Chicken Bowl was nothing short of amazing!!!!! I would highly recommend the Applebee's on Gull Rd in Kalamazoo! Thank you for your amazing service!!!!
The restaurant is clean but very shabby. There was a booth that was dismantled and roped off with yellow tape in the corner. The ladies restroom was clean but the lavatory sink didn't drain properly. Our server was VERY attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. The food was, as usual, very

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. They have aged a bit but their food is exceptionally good still. The staff has been excellent every time and very accommodating. Only complaint is they can be a little slow. Other than that they are great. I use their CarSide to Go service a lot too. NOTE: Their online app stinks though and is slow and can be confusing! Double check your orders.Parking: When they are busy you may end up parking kind of far away.
