This is my favorite location in Kalamazoo. The food is almost always just what I expect, but the service and upbeat attitude I experience in there is the best. If there's a hiccup, they are always set with options and suggestions and always offer me something to make up for my changes order or extra time.I also drive DoorDash locally, and the folks there are always cool and try to give my customers the best they've got, which helps me, too.
Been going to this same location for years. I’ve really been trying to avoid eating here as of lately. Food has been super bland and just strange tasting. My girlfriend wanted qdoba I told her the food has been terrible lately. We ended up going anyway and had our worst experience yet. We both had stomach bubbles and had to use the bathroom before we even finished our food. Trashed half our meals. We love qdoba but sadly this place has fell off big time.

You can count on consistent quality and good flavors. I just wish their hot food was really hot, not just warm.I've not been back in a while until today. The food was not hot. They have such good food it is too bad they can't keep it hot. Very disappointed.
