Ordered online said 15 mins. Waited 20 to go pick it up. Walk in and waited another 15 plus minutes. Lady said that the cook got overwhelmed and it was coming soon. Didnt offer anything extra for my extra time and didnt really care when it got done.
It's everything you would expect from a Pizza Hut. Every time. The online ordering and pickup window keeps me coming back as excessive human interaction is a thing I avoid most days.
