Went thru tonight and the manager on duty not only corrected the situation by providing the things we ordered but also gave us a free Sundae as a courtesy. Top notch customer service! Thank you. “I honestly can’t recall any bad experiences with this location! They’ve never forgotten a sauce or messed up my order, and everything has always been incredibly fresh! The workers are friendly and attentive, even during rushes. My favorite Taco Bell tbh“

“Restaurant was very clean, not busy at all, and staff was very friendly and nice. I would’ve gave service a 5 ⭐️ as well but I decided a 4 because I got the meal of the day special and I didn’t want the drink, so I asked if I could just get a extra cookie or two in place of the medium drink and, with a nice soft voice, the cashier said “no, we can’t. I don’t know, no manager there to ask and the other female staff are not management but she thinks they can’t it will effect inventory!?” 😧How, I’m thinking because you’ll have a free medium cup, I’m pretty sure there is no strict count on cookies that staff is baking themselves. But it is what it is, so I just took the cup. And other Subways have no problem with giving me two extra cookies in place of the drink, I’m thinking the 1 or 2 cookies can’t be more than a medium drink but oh well🤔😌“

“I can't believe I actually have to leave a review for a fast food establishment, but with the increase in prices everywhere as well as terrible service I've got to at least give this one some credit.

Our last five times going this year alone have been fantastic. The Whoppers actually edible and every burger taste better. The fries are good, service is good.

Basically my point is this, every fast food place is overpriced, every fast food place has terrible service for the most part, this Burger King is basically like a three out of five in 2019 standard. However based on 2026 fast food demographics, they're doing extremely well customer service wise.

Your price is are still outrageous Burger King, but I'm sure the COVID supply is still an issue right........“

“Hit or Miss. The service is great but I've ordered gotten home to find out things I paid for aren't on my sub and I live over 20 minutes to drive back. Other times it's perfect but either way I will keep going back because I like Jimmy John's food.“
