Shout out to the team at McDonalds today. Missed a few things on our order earlier today after church. Went thru tonight and the manager on duty not only corrected the situation by providing the things we ordered but also gave us a free Sundae as a courtesy. Top notch customer service! Thank you. Great work by your staff.
Friendly staff
They missed an item on our very large order. Thats fine, it was quite a bit of food. I went in to let them know and just ask for said item. They were fairly rude to me when they missed the item and swore that they hadn't. The last at the front seemed more concerned with going outside than dealing with orders and actually working.
