“whoever is in charge of staffing should be not only ashamed, but held legally responsible.
these two poor workers are serving a constant flow of customers inside and in the drive thru.
nobody deserves to work in those conditions, just to get treated poorly for “being slow” or whatever else.
thank you endlessly to the workers who were kind, quick, and clearly stressed out over drive thru times. these are just unrealistic expectations for the number of employees.
five stars for the employees, negative stars for the corporate side pushing people to their absolute limits for the bare minimum as per usual.“

“I had a great experience at this Subway today. I was greeted right away, and the whole work area looked very clean and organized. Kris and Dennis worked really well together — their communication with each other and with customers was smooth, respectful, and fast, which made the whole visit feel efficient and welcoming.
Dennis double‑checked whether I wanted veggies before my sub went into the oven, and when I asked for guacamole, he let me know ahead of time that it would cost extra. I really appreciated that honesty and attention to detail.
Both Kris and Dennis were amazing. Their teamwork, professionalism, and customer service made this one of the best Subway visits I’ve had in a long time.“

“The good part of waiting for hashbrowns is the hot and fresh.
The bad part is pull ahead and wait for a few minutes and being told you have salt in the bag when it's not.
I know that this sounds petty but today I specifically asked.
I should have checked but was in a rush. My bad.
As usual the meal was delicious.“

“I’ve never felt more compelled to review. My 12 year old even commented on her. We are from metro Detroit, TB by us is hit or miss, this lady is calling drinks out, making everyone’s food and literally just running this TB perfectly. She’s fast, efficient and directs her team kindly. The guy running the register as need as greeted everyone with a smile. If this were by my house he’d be rolling his eyes and directing everyone to the kiosks. This team is awesome“
