“This place has awesome staff. Sometimes I get there like at 12:50am, and I figure my fries will be terrible but I don't want to bother them by asking for fresh fries because I know they are all tired and want to get home. But the amazing thing is that most of the time I still get fresh fries without asking! Yeah Lisa is so nice, so is Jacob, Erin (she moved to day shift), Trish, John, Owen (I think he left) and so many others. Oh and the morning girl (Ashley) is great too but I almost never can get up for the morning breakfast. Anyway, Lisa and crew make my whopper with cheese or junior whopper with cheese so delicious! They definitely load it it up with heavy tomatoes and onions. Many times they just put extra everything so the burger is nice and juicy (never dry). And usually my fries and onion rings are fresh/hot even at almost closing time (and I didn't even ask for fresh).“
“Stopped to check out the newly remodled Arbys in Ionia, MI. First time to Arby's in quite sometime. I must have missed those roast beef and cheddar sandwiches! It didn't last very long lol. I rinsed in all down with a jamoca shake. The hubby had the Ruben, curly fries and a vanilla shake. The granddaughter had a crispy fish sandwich and rinsed hers down with a mint chocolate shake. Gave the Bell a ring on our way out!“
“Staff is very friendly, although our experience in the drive-through has been a bit slow in the past, when we dine inside, I NEVER have a bad experience. They are friendly, Professional, and have a very keen memory for details from prior visits.Kid-friendliness: They are very sweet/accommodating with kids here.“
