“Very convenient, quick in-and -out, a little pricey, but, since they're just up the road, the total cost is about the same, considering that it's almost 20 mile round trip to Meijer or Walmart. The gas savings can almost offset the difference, not to mention the time to drive to South Ionia and back.“

(I get a side of marinara to dip my crust in. Or do I use the crust to shovel in the marinara? Either way... Mmmmm.)My second favorite food is the deep fried green beans which are served with a side of siracha ranch.I've tried most everything on the menu, as long as you know what you like (for me, no gorgonzola), everything is very good.Unfortunately, I'm not a craft beer person (sorry, Pete) so I cannot attest to how good those are. I stick with Focus which is a very basic beer. The wines I've tasted have all been excellent.As I referenced above, you can buy a mug (I'm not sure what the current price is, $150 ish?) and the pour is the same price as a pint, but the mugs holds about 3-5 ounces more. More beer, same price, I like it! Your mug will then reside at SSB for future use.There's ample parking on both sides of the building.The building is easily wheelchair accessible.There is also a beautiful patio at the front of the building, which is nice during the warmer months.This is not a place I would take small children, yet there usually is at least one small child there, so.... ?‍♀️ It's not a bad environment, just not what I would think of if taking kids out.Please proceed to the bar to order and get your drinks. “My husband and I worked with Betsy to cater our reception at the Welch Barn in Ionia and she made everything feel so easy! She helped us decide how much of what we needed and even worked with me on food sensitivities and specifications. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to cater large events, the food was delicious and everyone was raving about it all night! Thank you!“

“I recommend they get a new night manager, my family of 9 was in last night for dinner. At dinner rush, was 1 waitress waiting on us and at least 4 other tables. She was also a minor, she did the most and best job at keeping her composure while struggling to keep everyone happy and get everyone’s orders in. The manager never helped her carry any food out, and being she was a minor she couldn’t serve the alcohol. She had to remind her manager of this, and the attitude he gave her about it then showed as he marched out the BOH with the is tables single beer and popped it on there table and walked away. Mind you he was doing nothing but hanging out at the register the whole hour my family was at Pizza Hut. Waitress, your doing great. Your trainer/manager SUCKS thou and failed you when he shouldn’t have.“
