“First time at this location and Manager Rob was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, kid friendly, and very helpful with understanding the new system they run by. Mr. Rob also explained how the new subscription process works to help families enjoy fun times more frequently (and save me a lot of money per visit especially going often with multiple children.) Mr. Rob educated me and my family with such great detail while having the perfect personality for being the forefront of the 28th Street location. I came there for a deal they had and realized I’d be spending the same amount almost dollars for dollar by switching to the Gold subscription and ordering food and beverages. Great service, very clean environment, and such a great smooth experience! I’ll definitely be back.

“Their New York style pizza crust was a pretty good take on NY pizza, but the rest of the pie was not NY. I am not from NY but have spent my share of time on nybpizza quests in all 5 boros. This pie way too much of the mozzarella they brag about that was loaded on a sauce that has ZERO to do with the basil/ fennel sweetness of a NY pie. To serve a NY pie, you can't use a detroit sauce and it is essential to use a blend of cheeses instead of overdoing the mozzarella to the point of being the rubbery schmotz we received. Place was clean, phone order was efficient and our pies were ready when we arrived. As for detroit style pizza?... it's not my thing. In a pinch I would go to a jets again for cleanliness, service, and great attitude... but the food is not my fave“
