“We didn’t check what time they closed so we were kind of jerks and showed up half hour before closing. Even still the staff was all wonderful. It was our first time here so we took a minute ordering, but she was still sweet waiting patiently. When we got the food it was all excellent. They even took my mom’s/grandmas burger back to cut it in half because they always share one. I will definitely be returning hopefully while they still have the Krispy krab burger.“

I enjoy this place so much I’ve been there twice in a week, and purchased 22 meals from their weekly package meals. “Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“I had such a great experience at Crumbl cookies today.
It was my cheat day for the month and I had been CRAVING. A soft cookie. I decided on Crumbl since it had been a while.
I went in and the store was clean, everyone seemed to be in a good mood, and the employee that helped me was really nice. I didn’t know what flavor to get and I didn’t want to get something and be disappointed, and jokingly told the employee that it would literally ruin my whole day if I took a risk and ended up not liking it. 💀🤣 which I mean is kind of true. So I asked which one was his favorite which was the Oreo one. I got it, waited maybe two minutes. And then a different employee handed me my cookie with a big smile on her face! I told her necklace was so pretty! Because it reminded me of lord of the rings.
Anyway, When I got to the car I opened the box, snapped a pic for the gram, then took a bite. It was SO good!!!! 😊😭🩷
10/10 will return for my next cheat day.

“I came from KS to Electric Forest with one goal: try these tamales and my life changed that day. The masa was fluffy and delicious - made with love and technique! The beans were so flavorful and the rice had a lingering spiciness that was just right. We were tasting it hours after we finished eating. Delish! “We made a reservation and asked for a quieter area and they accommodated without question. Food and drinks were good ... service was good. The bar took a bit to get our orders out but the server was very communicative about where they were in the process. One in our party has a gluten allergy and while they did have gluten free buns available for burgers, there were very limited sides to choose from to swap out for the fries. The server did know about cross contamination from the fryer and returned to the table to say there was gluten in the turkey burger that was ordered. Cole slaw and salad were really the only sides to choose from. One suggestion is to include GF (gluten free) markings on the menu like you have for Vegan and Vegetarian items. It would have made searching the menu so much easier!“

“This is always a steeple for me every time I come to town. Unfortunately the selection wasn’t great, and the cider wasn’t a front runner in the bakery like it used to be. I was honestly shocked at how lack luster the donuts were compared to the other places we went. Not what I had remembered! I did however enjoy the winery and ice cream shop! Such a cool gem and really cool hidden spot for the kiddos.“

“I am super disappointed in the change that this Chick-fil-A has made to their drive-through. They have the mobile through that was super convenient. But now it doesn’t matter if you use mobile through because they emerge everyone into one lane and you could end up behind four people that pulled in after you. So there’s no point in using the mobile through anymore. Except that you don’t know until you turn the corner which lane you wanna be in. And by then you’re stuck. Again super frustrating.“

“We absolutely loved this week's experience at Pizza Ranch. Everything was so clean, the staff was very friendly and the pizza was hot and offered so many great varieties. We unknowingly came on wing night and that was an added bonus. The fries were especially a favorite at our table - so crispy! I loved the salad bar as well, which was well stocked with fresh options. The assistant manager served us our personalized pizza and checked on us several times. I also saw the staff continually bussing tables and attending to the buffet area. Our only disappointment was the Pepsi products rather than Coke because we're diehard Coca Cola fans here. But overall such a fun night and treat for an out of town guest who told us repeatedly how much she enjoyed it.“

“Went out for a bite solo, the energy in the building was great. Walked in, was greeted instantly. The team working this shift was communicating on all orders and mine was up before I knew it. Always getting the same thing. Italian sub, of course. This time I tried the chilli with it. It was.. GREAT. Over all extremely good place, amazing subs for a great price.
