First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. They did mess up my pizza once, but instead of arguing or trying to place blame on someone else, they took ownership of the mishap and gave me choices on how I wanted it made right. The cost is a little high but it's worth it for the good pizza you get.“

About 14 minutes ago, I got a call from a GR number and ignored it .... because ROBO CALLS all the time..... I got a voicemail from James @ Jet’s trying to determine if my order was for tonight (since I forgot to change delivery time to tomorrow 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) or for tomorrow. In his voicemail he mentioned that since we usually order on Mondays, he’s going to assume it’s for tomorrow unless I call back. How many companies would go through that trouble??? They also have a gluten free option for the ones with celiac, that one was great as well. We just moved to the neighborhood, and I could easily see myself coming here weekly.“

“I really wanted to love our visit because we’ve had such great experiences at the other Flo's locations, but this time was just okay. On the positive side, the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming! They greeted us right away and made the pickup process easy.
The pizza itself had great flavor—the sauce is definitely a highlight, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. However, the crust was a bit inconsistent this time; it was a little doughy in the middle and didn't have that signature crisp we usually expect from Flo's. We also noticed the prices have crept up quite a bit recently, making it a little less 'budget-friendly' for a casual family night than it used to be.
It’s still a solid local spot, but hoping for a bit more consistency with the bake next time we stop by!“

We often make small changes (add this topping, leave this one off) and add extra ranch or other sauces to our order. They get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever is running this Jet’s store is doing a fabulous job and has A+ employees.“
