“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“Came here for the first time and was very impressed. Everything from the drinks, meal options and dessert were great. Our server made some amazing suggestions, and we tried plates we wouldn’t normally order because of his recommendation. He was incredibly attentive without interrupting too much, explained the menu and portions so we weren’t surprised by anything, and had the food came out to the table in courses so we could really enjoy them without feeling rushed. The food had great flavor and balance, but what really sold us was the service. It was a great overall experience to celebrate our anniversary.“

Great atmosphere, sad the 2 price combo with a drink went up in price though, but that's not their fault. Would return again but I don't live here so go eat there if you do, it's great.“

“We order Jets very regularly at our office. So about 15 minutes ago I ordered tomorrow’s office lunch from Jet's Pizza Forest Hills location. About 14 minutes ago, I got a call from a GR number and ignored it .... because ROBO CALLS all the time..... I got a voicemail from James @ Jet’s trying to determine if my order was for tonight (since I forgot to change delivery time to tomorrow 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) or for tomorrow. In his voicemail he mentioned that since we usually order on Mondays, he’s going to assume it’s for tomorrow unless I call back. How many companies would go through that trouble??? “I really wanted to love our visit because we’ve had such great experiences at the other Flo's locations, but this time was just okay. On the positive side, the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming! They greeted us right away and made the pickup process easy.
The pizza itself had great flavor—the sauce is definitely a highlight, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. However, the crust was a bit inconsistent this time; it was a little doughy in the middle and didn't have that signature crisp we usually expect from Flo's. We also noticed the prices have crept up quite a bit recently, making it a little less 'budget-friendly' for a casual family night than it used to be.
It’s still a solid local spot, but hoping for a bit more consistency with the bake next time we stop by!“

“My husband took me out for what he still calls date night after 30 yrs. of marriage. He and I are both foodies and love going on adventures for restaurants that go a step above in both food taste, presentation, atmosphere and service. And I'm here to tell you that Alfanos hit all of these with flying colors. Cody and Alex were our bartenders/servers. They were excellent. I had the Chicken picata and it was off the chart with flavor and presentation not to mention a healthy serving. Delicious is all I kept saying. Compliments to the chef!!!!! My goodness I can't wait to go and try something else. My husband had the chicken parmesan dinner and too was very pleased. “Sneaky. This is a great place! Kinda hiding below street level in an area chock a block full of dining options, but it rocks! Really cute little bar if you're lucky enough to catch a seat there. Quiet and small, good service, friendly and it felt like a family place. I highly recommend this little place with a humorous name. I think my favorite thing was the atmosphere, hard to describe but easy to like.“
