“Our first time trying Greco's. The Pizza and Breadsticks were delicious. My only complaint is I ordered two extra sauces and I ensured she heard me. She even repeated it back to me as well. My husband picked up the order and they told him the extra sauces were in the boxes (also on the reciept). He didn't check and trusted them and they were not. Disappointed as we ran out of sauce for our breadsticks. We will still order again most likely.“

“My wife and I treated two friends to dinner the other night at one of our favorite Italian restaurants in all of Grand Rapids.

Needless to say they fell in love with it! Between the diverse menu selection of classic Italian fare and the ambience of the open air seating, it was a wonderful experience. They will now also be loyal fans of Licari's! They also talked about getting their families to come and experience it too!

Another standout of the night was our service. Finding service that goes above and beyond these days seems to be near impossible, but that wasn't the case for us. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. He made suggestions and also made sure our drinks were never empty. What a great experience!

In my opinion this still stands out with the best of them. Friendly owners and operators. Palermo has been my go-to place for great Sicilian-style pizza going back some 30 years. “Second time visiting and was not disappointed! If you go you must have Corey as a server. He was so helpful in deciding what item to get, Perfect drink suggestions and so ATTENTIVE. He was so patient with the kids and kept checking on our table. The food came out perfect timing and one meal was better than the next. “Their New York style pizza crust was a pretty good take on NY pizza, but the rest of the pie was not NY. I am not from NY but have spent my share of time on nybpizza quests in all 5 boros. This pie way too much of the mozzarella they brag about that was loaded on a sauce that has ZERO to do with the basil/ fennel sweetness of a NY pie. To serve a NY pie, you can't use a detroit sauce and it is essential to use a blend of cheeses instead of overdoing the mozzarella to the point of being the rubbery schmotz we received. Place was clean, phone order was efficient and our pies were ready when we arrived. As for detroit style pizza?... it's not my thing. In a pinch I would go to a jets again for cleanliness, service, and great attitude... but the food is not my fave“

First, I walked in, and was greeted by the beast like aura of an employee. I asked for a large pizza, and they responded that my back was large enough and I should downsize to a small. I then, requested to speak to a manager. The manager came to the front and decided to put me in a headlock after I said his employee was rude. The manager threw me over the counter and tried to stuff me in the oven saying, my “back could be a meal to someone”. I am disappointed and I still did not get a large pizza…I got the small.“
