“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“Gino's Sicilian pizza is the best deep dish I've had anywhere. It's crazy how filling it is too; I think this is the first time I've felt full from two slices. The sauce at least matches any other I've had, and it may beat it. This is going in my regular rotation for sure. My mom and I had a great conversation with the owner about our Sicilian families. If you like deep dish pizza, do yourself a favor, and try Gino's sometime.“

“I ordered the other night and the delivery driver brought a regular instead of a diet. He offered to run to a gas station to change it. I used to do deliveries so I get it. Not gonna get you out of pocket, my guy. Easy mistake to make. The pizza here is very good. The homemade ranch is also awesome. Not sure if this pulled pork pizza is a limited time only thing but the Cuban style was amazing and just different enough to keep it interesting.“

They did mess up my pizza once, but instead of arguing or trying to place blame on someone else, they took ownership of the mishap and gave me choices on how I wanted it made right. It was very refreshing. People are people and they make mistakes. I will continue to frequent this location. And my BLT pizzas are always delicious. The cost is a little high but it's worth it for the good pizza you get.“

“We originally purchased 30 minutes of unlimited play time. Our time fell short just when we wanted to get one more picture. So a manager added 5 more points to our card for free. When we were headed out we realized we never got our picture with chucky so someone went and got him for us immediately. Although I was attacked by a young child and security was not present the cleaning crew was on top of things…. literally.“

“I really wanted to love our visit because we’ve had such great experiences at the other Flo's locations, but this time was just okay. On the positive side, the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming! They greeted us right away and made the pickup process easy.
The pizza itself had great flavor—the sauce is definitely a highlight, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. However, the crust was a bit inconsistent this time; it was a little doughy in the middle and didn't have that signature crisp we usually expect from Flo's. We also noticed the prices have crept up quite a bit recently, making it a little less 'budget-friendly' for a casual family night than it used to be.
It’s still a solid local spot, but hoping for a bit more consistency with the bake next time we stop by!“

“We order Jets very regularly at our office. So about 15 minutes ago I ordered tomorrow’s office lunch from Jet's Pizza Forest Hills location. About 14 minutes ago, I got a call from a GR number and ignored it .... because ROBO CALLS all the time..... I got a voicemail from James @ Jet’s trying to determine if my order was for tonight (since I forgot to change delivery time to tomorrow 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) or for tomorrow. In his voicemail he mentioned that since we usually order on Mondays, he’s going to assume it’s for tomorrow unless I call back. How many companies would go through that trouble??? Or even remember their regular clients?? I’m impressed. 👏🏼👏🏼“

“I called to order a pizza, I got a bot instead of a person. I was totally disappointed in this. The bot could not get the order correct! I picked up my pizza, and it was wrong. The employees were great and made me a new pizza, but that was a longer wait, and I was in a hurry. I normally don't have any problems when I order online or call and talk to a person.“

If somebody wants a normal New York style pizza, or don’t understand what a Neapolitan style is, I can understand how they would give it a bad review, And that’s a lot of people. But if you know what it is, this is the best in the area of this style. Grand Rapids is probably the largest city in the country that doesn’t have a Neapolitan style pizza restaurant.
