“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“WOW!!! We LOVE Ginos pizza! Tonight was our first time ordering and I couldn't be happier. The pizza was hot and delicious. Baked perfectly my husband's pizza and mine was perfect. We got a small cheese pizza for our 3 year old who is obsessed with Home Alone (a cheese pizza just for me) our daughter wanted to give the pizza delivery man his tip and wanted to get her own pizza at the door and the delicious driver was very kind! We will be back and we are so excited to have a new pizza place to visit! 10/10“

About 14 minutes ago, I got a call from a GR number and ignored it .... because ROBO CALLS all the time..... I got a voicemail from James @ Jet’s trying to determine if my order was for tonight (since I forgot to change delivery time to tomorrow 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) or for tomorrow. In his voicemail he mentioned that since we usually order on Mondays, he’s going to assume it’s for tomorrow unless I call back. How many companies would go through that trouble??? “I called to order a pizza, I got a bot instead of a person. I was totally disappointed in this. The bot could not get the order correct! I picked up my pizza, and it was wrong. The employees were great and made me a new pizza, but that was a longer wait, and I was in a hurry. I normally don't have any problems when I order online or call and talk to a person.“
