First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

We had a great conversation, and he maintained a very close eye on the pizza, and delivered and amazing product.

Not gonna get you out of pocket, my guy. Easy mistake to make. The pizza here is very good. The homemade ranch is also awesome. “It was a little cold in there but besides that the pizza was delicious, crust is soft and Crispy at the same time . The sauce is sweet with some acidity not too much.
The cheese is 100% real mozzarella, mini pepporni is a plus .
Cocktail selection is pretty decent, not too expensive.
Overall very great experience, very popular with college crowds . Lots of room for large parties !“

“I really wanted to love our visit because we’ve had such great experiences at the other Flo's locations, but this time was just okay. On the positive side, the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming! They greeted us right away and made the pickup process easy.
The pizza itself had great flavor—the sauce is definitely a highlight, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. However, the crust was a bit inconsistent this time; it was a little doughy in the middle and didn't have that signature crisp we usually expect from Flo's. We also noticed the prices have crept up quite a bit recently, making it a little less 'budget-friendly' for a casual family night than it used to be.
It’s still a solid local spot, but hoping for a bit more consistency with the bake next time we stop by!“

“We order Jets very regularly at our office. So about 15 minutes ago I ordered tomorrow’s office lunch from Jet's Pizza Forest Hills location. About 14 minutes ago, I got a call from a GR number and ignored it .... because ROBO CALLS all the time..... I got a voicemail from James @ Jet’s trying to determine if my order was for tonight (since I forgot to change delivery time to tomorrow 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) or for tomorrow. In his voicemail he mentioned that since we usually order on Mondays, he’s going to assume it’s for tomorrow unless I call back. How many companies would go through that trouble??? Or even remember their regular clients?? I’m impressed. 👏🏼👏🏼“

“The first few times we ordered from here was a bit rough with incorrect, overly greasy pizza, but something changed around 2020. Since then, the pizza has been great, and the team working the counter is always friendly. We appreciate the improvements.“

“I called to order a pizza, I got a bot instead of a person. I was totally disappointed in this. The bot could not get the order correct! I picked up my pizza, and it was wrong. The employees were great and made me a new pizza, but that was a longer wait, and I was in a hurry. I normally don't have any problems when I order online or call and talk to a person.“
