There is a reason that FRESH is in the name because the food tasted like it was just made and put out to serve. Truly phenomenal food and the service was great. “Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“I ordered the other night and the delivery driver brought a regular instead of a diet. He offered to run to a gas station to change it. I used to do deliveries so I get it. Not gonna get you out of pocket, my guy. Easy mistake to make. The pizza here is very good. The homemade ranch is also awesome. Not sure if this pulled pork pizza is a limited time only thing but the Cuban style was amazing and just different enough to keep it interesting.“

The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan.Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple.No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us.(Seasonally, there is a delicious ice cream shop next door with tables outside (Frosty Treat; another delicious community staple).)“

“This place was a great find. We were a little early for our visit to the Meyer May House and, as such, decided to get a coffee and a treat ahead of our appointment. The location in the beautiful Heritage Hill District of Grand Rapids was central to the ambiance of this establishment. The vintage facility and simple decor were quite pleasant. The gentleman waiting on us at the counter was very personable and did a good job.

It was late in the day for them as they were within an hour of closing. Hence, they were out of a couple of things we would have otherwise like to have tried. But they still had Pecan Schneckens, a chopped pecan-covered caramel-glazed spiral pastry. We tried one of these and it was to our liking. I had a Redeye to drink while my wife had a Coconut Creme Iced Latte. We were happy with our respective choices.

Our visit to this place was a great diversion before our tour and ended up adding to our experience to this neighborhood. The treat was tasty, the drinks were satisfying and the prices were reasonable. If we have the chance to make a return visit, we will certainly do so.“

“Their truck was at U of M Health West today. Pizza was delicious and was only a 7-8 minute wait.
