We had a very disappointing experience. We placed an order at 4:45 PM and were told it would be ready by 5:15. When we arrived on time, we were told it would be “just a minute” due to making homemade pasta. That turned into an hour of waiting inside the restaurant.
During that time, staff largely ignored us, despite it not being busy. We had to ask multiple times for updates, and responses were vague and dismissive. There was no apology at any point.

Just don't. We ordered delivery and was told an hour. It took two. No apology when I called inquiring where the food was. Then beat around the bush about the problem. The owner hung up on me after calling back after the food was delivered to tell them it was luke warm. Horrible customer service. Horrible owners.
The crust is just right, the toppings fresh. Mike knows us after20+ years as a customer. I guess that says it all.
