“We hosted an event at The Rix and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, myself and our entire family were beyond pleased with the space, the communication, and the overall service. Everything was seamless and stress-free.
A huge shoutout to Kelli, our server — she was absolutely amazing. Attentive, upbeat, and on top of everything the whole night. She truly elevated the experience and made everyone feel taken care of.
Planning and scheduling with Brooke was just as wonderful. She was organized, responsive, and so easy to work with, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
