“Love where this hungry Howies is. I know they’re a franchise but they’re in the old part of downtown and I love when I go there it gives me an excuse to support all the locally owned places close to it.The pizzas here are ALWAYS good and everyone who works there is so nice. Highly recommend.“
“Let. Me. Tell. You. I have been begging, BEGGING, my husband to take me to Knob Hill. Finally during a Spartan basketball game we had typical cruddy service and it was the perfect time to watch the game at zee bar! Walked in and was blown away. A clean, well lit, FRIENDLY atmosphere. This place is 100% a Sparty bar so leave your big M merch at home. The food was amazing. Loved my onion rings and chicken tenders. They had ample seating and high chairs for the littles. I told our server/bartender I would be needing a broom at the end of our meal so I could sweep up any cheerios my little one dropped. She went out of her way to sweep them up for me after I insisted. This bar is SO family friendly and I cannot wait to be back. We were seated next to family members of the owner and they were just as delightful. We talked chickens, mullets and raising kids. What a fun way to spend our afternoon.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Brynn and the Saddleback BBQ catering team! We hired them to cater a pre-rodeo reception for donors and friends at the MSU Pavilion and couldn’t have been happier with the food. Brynn made the process so easy, from offering suggestions when it came to setting the menu, to setting up the day of, and following up after the event. The food was phenomenal, we had rave reviews from guests, and I personally can’t wait to bring family and friends to Saddleback for dinner so they can experience it as well. “Always the best wait staff and the food is wonderful. Brunch every Sunday with chicken and waffles, French toast among other dishes. I go often for their appetizers especially potato skins and bread sticks. Hamburgers and fried fish are great. It’s like going back in time to your favorite local bar!“
“On a typical college town Saturday night at 1AM, the line was growing, and I also noticed the mobile order ticket queue growing as well. The team behind the counter was absolutely cool as cucumbers and extremely friendly. Despite being flooded with orders with less than an hour before closing, their attention to detail for every order they made by hand was impressive as heck. My pizza was absolutely delicious as well. “Can't believe that I've lived in the Lansing area for 54 years and tonight was my first time here. Did try to go a few years ago for the Friday Fish fry but it was too busy. Went tonight for the Olive Burger and it did not disappoint. Tried a bit of the Greek Burger and that's what I'm getting the next time thru! Very cool place. Clean and well run. “We were traveling and stopped by this store for dinner. It was a pleasant surprise. They took our order, and we received our grinders in a very timely manner. But, best of all was just how good the grinders were; fresh juicy meat, ample amount of cheese, with fresh veggies, and it all tasted delicious. I would have to say that this Mancino's has given us the best grinders we can remember. Keep up the great work!“
