“This place is a cool little spot. A few tables and a bar, divey in a good way. All the drinks are in cans and bottles. The guys who served us (and the whole place) was always moving, polite, funny, and quick. The place was full so the food took about 20-25 minutes but well worth it. Huge portion sizes, we got a burger, a Philly cheese steak sub, and a half order of fries. The food was great and the half order of fries was about 4 regular portions, so come hungry. The place was clean and ran like a well oiled machine, we'll definitely be back again!”

“My husband and I live just down the road and decided to check it out for the first time. I don't recommend going here and I will never go back. ordered a Michelob, then when the waitress came back I asked for another beer. 15 minutes later she came back to the table without a beer, so I asked again for a beer, 15 minutes go by again and no beer. It's a bar and you can't even get a beer. I decided to walk up to the other girl and let her know that I had asked twice and ask her if she would bring me a beer. That was a mistake, I wasn't rude at all, she instantly got an attitude with me and says "you didn't ask me, I just came in from outside, then turns and walks away. She did bring me a beer along with an attitude. I apologized (which I shouldn't have even had to do) I let her know I wasn't upset with her at all and the reason I had ask her was because I had already ask the other girl twice. Didn't matter she was still rude. I ordered the nachos and my husband ordered a burger. My chicken nachos were burnt, I didn't even eat a 1/4 of them, you could look at them and tell they were burnt. After I got the beer it wasn't 5 minutes later she asked if we wanted our bill. Yup, bring me the bill because as a General Manager of 20 years, I know you don't treat people like that, clearly felt I wasn't wanted there and the 3 big tables were a priority. If you go with a big group, you'll probably get good service cause its a bigger tip for them. Never again will I go here or recommend to anyone.”

“Just tried calling to order a small breakfast for pick up. The girl that answered the call said they are too busy to take to go orders. Said I can call in 20 minutes for a lunch order. I didn't want lunch. I would have been happy to wait longer to pick it up bc I had some errands to run anyways. Also, I called at 1045. According to their website they were selling breakfast until noon. I've done customer service for years and waitressed a fair amount in that time. This isnt how you do it. I'm all for supporting small businesses as I have one myself but I probably won't be back.”

“We moved to the DeWitt area in 2018 and we knew we had to find a local pizza place. Peppinos is the place to go, no other pizza or breadsticks taste how they make them. It’s delicious!!!! Recently there was a miscommunication on our order (pick up) and it was the first time ever. Didn’t make a fuss about it or anything, just chalked it up as a thing that happens. 30 min later, sitting at home and someone knocks on our door. Well Peppinos went above and beyond to deliver the rest of the order. We’ve been loyal customers and definitely not losing our business. So if you’ve made it this far, you should know where to go for your next order”

“Our first time here today. There was a bit of a wait, as to be expected during their first week being open. I took that wait time as an opportunity to ask the staff about their allergy menu. My son (2 yrs old) has egg and peanut allergies so we have to be careful. The staff acknowledged my concerns and immediately got the manager up front so we could discuss safe options for my son. He answered every question then even after we we were seated he reassured us of the safe menu options. our server *Michelle* also went out of her way to make sure the cook staff was aware of our sons allergies and checked up on us multiple times. The food was AMAZING, the staff was awesome. We will definitely be back. We've been to multiple establishments and have been disappointed because the lack of consideration for a toddler with food allergies. It's overwhelming and scary for parents to carry that burden. When staff goes out of their way to make sure your child is safe... that's a whole other level of awesome. I hope you all are very successful with this new business”

“Stop by there after checking out of the sleep Inn on our way back up to Sault Sainte Marie. We were told it was a 30 minute wait on Father’s Day morning but we were in unless than five minutes. Our waitress was wonderful cannot remember her name. Food was excellent and the price was right.”

“I have to say that most of the time my drinks are made correctly. Once in awhile there's an issue. But that being said, nobody's perfect and things happen especially during peak busy times and training new employees. So I totally get it. Anytime I've had an issue, it's been resolved. They were extremely friendly about it. Never a hassle. As for the wait times. I don't get the reviews that say they are extremely slow. All of the Starbucks I go to have long lines. Sometimes they move quicker than other times. But generally I estimate it being around 5-10 minutes. This location has the nicest staff. I've been coming here since they open.”
