We were stopping for a bite on our way out to Pine Knob for a concert, decided on Culver’s of course! Very very friendly staff, all smiles and fantastic energy. As expected, very good food.

“I would have given a 5 star but my order was messed up in the end I was double charged on my order due to the computers at the location which I wasn’t mad about as I was offered a Cookie my next visit for over paying but I ordered the peanut butter Oreo cookie and received the Twix cookie instead and that store was advertising that those were sold out so just a little confused how I got a sold out item at the end of the night. But still was happy with the cookies I received and the customer service. !!!“

I had an outstanding experience with Amy at this Baskin Robbins location. She was incredibly helpful from the start and delivered excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

I sent her a few reference photos for the cake design, and she absolutely nailed it. The final result looked fantastic, even better than I expected. The image was printed on frosting sheets, which means you can use pretty much any picture you want, and she made it look clean and professional.

I also requested that the cake not be visible through the box window so the design would be a surprise. Amy took care of that without hesitation, making sure the viewing panel stayed closed.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Amy is talented, attentive, and genuinely cares about getting things right. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a custom ice cream cake.“

“I worked at 1 out in Muskegon. Heigit was fire for no reason. And I worked at the one and lancet Michigan and I was fired for no reason but what I will tell you. Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? And I know when you work at some place like that. You can't buy that kind of food 3 and 4 times a week. Salama little smarter than a surveillance to ever peep out.
