“This was our first visit to this location. What we witnessed last night was something out of this world. The place was so busy and backed up in the drive thru, that inside orders were taking a bit longer than expected. We watched people get upset, but Jordan kept his head up and stayed calm. His attitude was incredible. He displayed the most mature personality with customer service that I have ever witnessed since Covid. When he brought out our food, I thanked him and told him how great he was and to not let the complaining go to his head. He is doing a phenomenal job. Thank you for your great customer service.“
“Location is awesome and staff is fantastic, however we’ve had some cookies that have been in the fridge too long and pick up other cookie flavors. The selection lately has not been very appealing. We’d love to see more fan faves back (classic pink sugar, raspberry cheesecake).“
“A little warmer today at a balmy 35, stopped here for a latte. This quiet shop has sandwiches, breakfast, ice cream, and COFFEE ☕️. Very cool decor and the coffee was good with no bitterness. I would come back again! #welchrealty #coffee #“
“We come here a lot and just order off the menu but tonight we changed things up a bit and came up with our own thing. We haven’t had power for days and I wanted to take my kids to have a treat and let them pick whatever they wanted. Even though it was probably a hassle for the staff they figured it out and didn’t make us feel like a pain at all and I appreciated that more than they know!“
“I recently visited Sugar Berry for their boba tea, and it was fantastic! I ordered the Matcha with tapioca balls, and the flavors were exquisite – a perfect balance of rich, earthy matcha combined with the delightful chewiness of the tapioca balls. The tea was refreshing and the matcha had a distinct but not overpowering taste, making it a real treat for matcha lovers like myself. Not only was the boba tea delicious, but the customer service was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. If you're a fan of boba tea or frozen yogurt, Sugar Berry is a must-visit!“
“Stopped in to try the Nashville Hot Cone for breakfast today. It was worth the trip! The cone was overflowing with goodness. Check out the pic. The chicken was spicy, but not distracting from the rest of the ingredients. The vanilla from the waffle cone and the creaminess of the sausage gravy complimented the chicken VERY nicely. I also ordered a fresh brewed coffee. I can tell you it was as good as you'll get anywhere in the Lansing area. They were adding the patron decorated tiles to the ceiling. Some awesome and creative work! My meal, WITH tip was just under $10. Outstanding bargain! This place is a gem.“
“I worked at 1 out in Muskegon. Heigit was fire for no reason. And I worked at the one and lancet Michigan and I was fired for no reason but what I will tell you. Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? And I know when you work at some place like that. You can't buy that kind of food 3 and 4 times a week. Salama little smarter than a surveillance to ever peep out. But they're not professional people coming to work smelling like dodo. N a miners“
“I happened to notice the macarons today, while in Horrocks. I tried the cookies and cream and French vanilla and oh. my. word. These are literally the best macarons I have ever had, and I'm being absolutely serious! The vanilla one was the perfect cookie. The crunch, the sweetness, the smooth filling, everything about it was mouth wateringly delicious! As if I needed another reason to go into Horrocks haha! 10/10! Will definitely try more flavors next time.“
“The classic twist cones brought back memories and their prices are totally reasonable. Size small is PLENTY - our M started dripping fast in the sun.The weird thing was that I was told a certain total, then they charged my credit card an extra "Over $10" fee for 50¢ which was not disclosed - so my accounts don't match up. Odd.“
