I had an outstanding experience with Amy at this Baskin Robbins location. She was incredibly helpful from the start and delivered excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

I sent her a few reference photos for the cake design, and she absolutely nailed it. The final result looked fantastic, even better than I expected. The image was printed on frosting sheets, which means you can use pretty much any picture you want, and she made it look clean and professional.

I also requested that the cake not be visible through the box window so the design would be a surprise. Amy took care of that without hesitation, making sure the viewing panel stayed closed.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Amy is talented, attentive, and genuinely cares about getting things right. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a custom ice cream cake.“
