“Visited Fishers location - so glad I did! Non-dairy lemon chill was pleasantly creamy (expected it to be tart like sorbet, but it was mild and delicious!) - and non-dairy caramel was amazing! So nice to have non-dairy flavors with flare! My son had cake batter and crazy cookie - loved them both! Our new go-to for ice cream - thanks, Eiffel Waffle!😎“

“The bread on these subs are so good. We loved the combinations of flavors. The vegetarian options are outstanding. No joke, this is probably the best hoagie I've ever had. As a bonus, they have really fabulous ice cream and chips. Get the subs toasted! The bread is still soft.“

“Friendly staff. Fast service. Delicious treats.“
“I held a baby shower a few years ago there, in the ice cream parlor. The society staffed the parlor with a worker who worked the ice cream counter. I picked up the ice cream tab at the end. Our guests thought it was really cool and unique way to celebrate our little one's arrival .... and the ice cream was yummy!!!“

“I would have given a 5 star but my order was messed up in the end I was double charged on my order due to the computers at the location which I wasn’t mad about as I was offered a Cookie my next visit for over paying but I ordered the peanut butter Oreo cookie and received the Twix cookie instead and that store was advertising that those were sold out so just a little confused how I got a sold out item at the end of the night. But still was happy with the cookies I received and the customer service. !!!“

“Review for Baskin Robbins – 1595 West Lake Lansing Rd, Lansing, MI
Decorator: Amy
I had an outstanding experience with Amy at this Baskin Robbins location. She was incredibly helpful from the start and delivered excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
I sent her a few reference photos for the cake design, and she absolutely nailed it. The final result looked fantastic, even better than I expected. The image was printed on frosting sheets, which means you can use pretty much any picture you want, and she made it look clean and professional.
I also requested that the cake not be visible through the box window so the design would be a surprise. Amy took care of that without hesitation, making sure the viewing panel stayed closed.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Amy is talented, attentive, and genuinely cares about getting things right. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a custom ice cream cake.“
“Maria is so kind! We love the Elote, tortas and Horchata. Nice to have La Michigan in our neighborhood!“

“Had a surgery late afternoon…I couldn’t have food since the previous evening… my husband n I stopped here on our way home after my procedure … this was LITERALLY the best frozen dessert / toppings EVER !!! It was exactly what I was needed n craving . Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Well waiting for consumer energy to decide if they will fix our dryer at home. Had to use laundromat. It's next door in same building as the qd. Washers were ok. Most had out of order tags. Dryers worked excellent only took 30 minutes to dry clothes. They had bathrooms. Table to fold clothes. Plus carts to help move laundry from washer to dryer. It was nice and quiet and peaceful. Not busy. Very few people came in do laundry. It's all coin operated.“

“I really enjoyed my visit at Culver’s this evening. Line was almost to the side door they were so busy after a MSU sports event. What made me stay and wait was how polite and respectful Zyteria was when she promised the line was moving fast and she would personally bring my order promptly so I could take my medication.“
