“I went at 8pm on a Monday. They closed at 9pm and it was bumping like crazy. Drive thru went into the street. Service seemed slow until I got to the window. I don’t know if I have an easy order, but by the time I sign the bill I had the ice cream already. Amazing taste, great size, great price, nice employee. “Lifetime customer here! Been ordering the Strawberry/Lemon twist with peanuts for at least 15 years. This little ice cream spot has changed ownership several times in my lifetime but it remains a staple for me when visiting Old Town in Lansing. I also like the Banana split if I'm skipping a meal altogether.?“
“We come here a lot and just order off the menu but tonight we changed things up a bit and came up with our own thing. We haven’t had power for days and I wanted to take my kids to have a treat and let them pick whatever they wanted. For decades this location has been the "Winter is over!" landmark that symbolizes an end to cold and freezing weather. Staff has always been top notch, and seems to be a continuous source for teens foyer to the labor market. Even when busy, this DQ acts as a melting pot for the south side, as people from all walks of life mingle as they await their preferred treat. I sincerely hope it is still here when my children turn 16 and could experience everything this place has to offer.“

“I happened to notice the macarons today, while in Horrocks. I tried the cookies and cream and French vanilla and oh. my. word. These are literally the best macarons I have ever had, and I'm being absolutely serious! The vanilla one was the perfect cookie. The crunch, the sweetness, the smooth filling, everything about it was mouth wateringly delicious! As if I needed another reason to go into Horrocks haha! 10/10! Will definitely try more flavors next time.“
“First time trying Culver's. I was instantly greeted upon entry, very nice staff, and I dont get this very often makes ya feel special. The food was really damn good . I did not have a long wait and was served hot and fresh. First, let me say the fries were so good an hot. My wife and I had butter burgers. They were some of the best burgers I've had in a long time the reuben was very good as well, and I definitely will be coming back I heard they have great fish too“
“I worked at 1 out in Muskegon. Heigit was fire for no reason. And I worked at the one and lancet Michigan and I was fired for no reason but what I will tell you. Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? And I know when you work at some place like that. You can't buy that kind of food 3 and 4 times a week. Salama little smarter than a surveillance to ever peep out. “I pointed Babes out to my boyfriend recently and mentioned we should try them out soon as the menu looked so tasty. He surprised me today with an order to try out a few of their sandwiches: the Betty, the Margaret, and the Fran. My first comment is on the size. He ordered halves, with the thought that they would be smaller sandwiches that would be just a couple bites for us to try. We didn’t realize that it was half a sub! But we powered through, because after one bite, there is no way we weren’t going to try all of them. Literally, some of the best sandwiches either of us have ever had in our lives. So much flavor, the perfect bun, and everything was obviously put together with so much thought. The Margaret in particular was my favorite; a little bit of heat and a tad sweet. So glad to finally tried Babes out, and so thankful to have a new Lansing favorite! Highly, highly recommend.“
