“The food was delicious and everything we ordered tasted amazing! Our server was amazing but I wasn't too fond of the manager walking around yelling at all his employees who were busting their butts trying to provide the best service to the customers. I've worked in restaurants for about 10 years now and I know things can get frustrating during dinner rushes. But being the owner of the restaurant and treating your employees so poorly while you have customers trying to eat isn't ideal. I watched this guy yell at all his cooks and servers. Also was rude to a server about a chair when they didn't know said chair wasn't allowed in the outside seating area. I really hope this manager takes the extra steps to pull people aside and be discreet when addressing something instead of causing a scene like we saw tonight. Other then that, we enjoyed this restaurant and the food!“

“I worked at 1 out in Muskegon. Heigit was fire for no reason. And I worked at the one and lancet Michigan and I was fired for no reason but what I will tell you. Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? And I know when you work at some place like that. You can't buy that kind of food 3 and 4 times a week. Salama little smarter than a surveillance to ever peep out. “We had such a great experience at Art & Jake’s, and Taylor D. was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire meal. She was incredibly personable and made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were always full, our food came out quickly, and she checked on us the perfect amount without ever making us feel rushed. Taylor really went above and beyond and made our experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Although this Big Boy has done well at maintaining the classic diner atmosphere. There's plenty of room in between the new clean tables and chairs, the floor was clean, and service was great.
Food came out somewhat quick, it looked great, I got Cinnamon French Toast with sausage links and it was really decent, everything was fully cooked.
I was checked on multiple times throughout my meal.
Overall the eating area is much smaller than a typical Big Boy, and there is no salad bar or buffet, but they do have color televisions and a drive thru, so there's that.“

“If you're a transplant/visitor from anywhere in the south, this is where you wanna go to get some delicious well seasoned food. I moved to Michigan from Texas last year and the difference in food has been a huge adjustment for me. This is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in the year I've lived here. I was going to get the Three Chicken Strips, Mac & Cheese and Cole Slaw (?) meal. This meal is awesome with the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce. It is amazing. I decided to get a Burger and Fries with Mac & Cheese instead. This meal was awesome! I'm not on Instagram, or I would give the review there also. Stan out for now.“

Arcade machines and pinball throughout the multi-level venue. We tried the Vegan Green Curry Ramen and fried veggies. Exceeded expectations and a worthwhile destination if you looking for a good meal. Great atmosphere to hang out, play pool, have a drink, play pinball or classic arcade machines.“
