“This place has been around for a lot of years for a reason. The food is good! I hadn't been in for a while. Apparently new owners took charge over a year ago and really elevated the menu. We were nothing but pleased with the quality of food and the overall preparation. The servers were professional and spot on. The photos will give you a good idea and what to expect. Strongly recommend.“

“Our server, Abby, was amazing. She made the experience. The food was great. Portions were actually way too big, but we have another meal now with our left overs. I would definitely recommend Chili’s in Okemos and ask for Abby. And no, we are not her family nor have we met her before. Thanks Abby!!!“

Our server was amazing but I wasn't too fond of the manager walking around yelling at all his employees who were busting their butts trying to provide the best service to the customers. I've worked in restaurants for about 10 years now and I know things can get frustrating during dinner rushes. But being the owner of the restaurant and treating your employees so poorly while you have customers trying to eat isn't ideal. I watched this guy yell at all his cooks and servers. Also was rude to a server about a chair when they didn't know said chair wasn't allowed in the outside seating area. I really hope this manager takes the extra steps to pull people aside and be discreet when addressing something instead of causing a scene like we saw tonight. Other then that, we enjoyed this restaurant and the food!“

We giggled and laughed with her until we got our table. Then the food....chef's kiss. The Brussel sprout appetizer was so scrumptious and my pork chops were top notch. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a nice place to go.“

“Good food for a fair price. The only complaint I have is when a customer/I'm/ we are ready to check out, the wait person won't walk away once they give you the electronic device to pay on. Doesn't seem to matter if you're in the middle of a conversation with somebody, they will not walk away without you tipping them and signing...I find that pretty rude. You'll get your money and maybe even more of a tip if you walk away and let me finish my sentence to whoever I might be with.“

“for a quick bite this place is awesome. we got there 10 minutes to close and was able to sit down to eat. we had a wonderful hot meal of rueban combo and gyro combo. the server service was prompt, friendly and helpful we never did catch her name. we were in and out in roughly 30 minutes if sitting down. they have a limited menu compared to other locations but the usual suspects are available. parking is in ramp or street per usual east Lansing downtown.“

“The jalapeño popper pizza is literally the only thing I come here for it is the best pizza around. I order so many of them. I was so disappointed to come in tonight with my friends and realize it was not on the menu. Please put it back on the menu. Your service staff is amazing. I love the space and the atmosphere, but I have no reason to come back if you don’t have my pizza. I might come see the staff, but I probably wouldn’t order anything. I’m only giving you a five star because they are making my pizza for me anyway. I’ve had great experiences here. Ps I did not throw a temper tantrum to get my pizza. I’m not a Karen. I just asked and they said yes. Shout out to Phil and Chris.

Edit: they tried to make my pizza, but you no longer have the cream cheese or the berry sauce so there’s no point. I understand it’s probably anexpensive pizza to make. I would gladly pay more for it. I hope you take this review seriously as it makes me legitimately sad.“

The staff was easy to work with, accommodating various requests, offering restaurant decorations and attentive during the entire event.
