“First time based on all the good reviews. Be careful of good reviews. I had the sesame chicken, lo mein... Excellent. The hot and sour soup was not the best, and was like straight salt and vinegar and I could hardly eat it. Didn't care for the egg rolls and I wasn't able to identify the filling, it was overcooked and was hard to bite into. For good hot and sour soup and egg rolls go to Asian buffet. The fried rice was average. I was hoping to find a new Chinese takeout for all my interests on one stop...Sorry to say I did not find it here. However, I would go back for the sesame chicken and Io mein and perhaps to try some of the other main dishes.”

“Dinner rolls and butter followed by Blackened Salmon Bites w a nice perfectly spicy, Mango dip.
I thought I took a picture of my Perch Basket! Cole slaw, house made tartar sauce, 5 or 6 really beautiful fresh fried perch, 2 hush puppies and slaw.
My DIL got chicken and mashed potatoes! They were fluffy and white and again, real gravy.”

“Just a fun, relaxing place to go. The food is great and the friendly bartenders are amazing. In particular, Shawn. What a fun guy that could make anybody smile. His personality is infectious. He definitely makes sure everybody is serviced well and leaves satisfied. He acts as though he’s back in the kitchen, making the meal himself and the presentation is perfect. The large portions for the price too!”

“This is a smaller KFC than I've been to but otherwise has a nice friendly atmosphere, and location wise it is right next to the Meridian Mall. So you couldn't ask for a better restaurant location within Okemos. The service was great and I didn't have to wait at all.”

“I order fries, nuggets, chilling at 11:15PM almost to close in mobile. When I got there, the lady said they don't have chili, so asked what is available for me to replace. They offered another spicy chicken nuggets, I took it.
The bag contained what I ordered, sauce, napkins, all.

“I've been to this restaurant almost a dozen times in the past year, and it's now my favorite in the grater Lansing area. Most everything I've tried has been delicious with standouts being the Wonton Soup and Egg Domburi Rice. While nothing will punch you in the mouth with flavor, it somehow manages to taste incredible in a subtle and balanced way. The service has always been great, but you may need to wait 20min or so for food if they're busy, which is to be expected for fresh cooking from a mom and pop joint. Can't recommend this place enough.”

“Came in tonight to celebrate my birthday with my husband. I always get the tonkatsu ramen (delicious). Tonight I tried the orange chicken for the first time. I'm so glad I did! It was perfectly sauced and still crispy. Service was fast and friendly despite being absolutely packed💗”

“Went there this evening to get some takeout--a salad and two entrees. The person who waited on us was very helpful, guiding us through the online ordering process. And the food was sensational! A great salad, and my dinner a poke bowl with raw tuna, was so delicious I had to force myself to stop eating it even though I was full. My wife's dinner was also really tasty, and now we both have leftover that we're looking forward to. I can't believe we'd never been there before--the place is less than five minutes from our house. But we will be back soon, that's for sure!”

“I bought a Mr. Leslie's 11oz size Turtle Cheesecake from Meijer in Grand Ledge. OH MY!! DELICIOUS!! Creamy smooth, thick cream cheese, no skimping on that or the flavor. For me, it took 3 sittings to eat it all. I'm going to get the strawberry cheesecake next. I will be venturing to Holt to visit the store! Excellent cheesecake!! Excellent!!”
