So disappointed that Red Haven discontinued daily dining. It was the ONLY creative restaurant in the East Lansing area. Now my daughter is back at MSU for grad school and we struggle to find anywhere decent to eat - you can only eat so much sushi! I know Red Haven has special dinners but please consider opening for dinner service a few nights of the week - perhaps a menu that covers your old approachable (and delicious) lunch menu with a few entrees. The restaurant is no longer open on a daily basis but has special event meals. I'd highly recommend them. The creativity with the menu is almost unheard of locally. Tony is a fabulous chef who can make the most ordinary ingredients into something amazing.
