“My server was Kevin. He was so attentive, and so kind. He genuinely was one of the best servers I have ever had there. The manager Andrea was phenomenal. My steak was over cooked but knowing how hard the cooks were working, I was not going to say anything. She noticed before even talking to me. She fixed it immediately and it was the best steak I’ve had in a long time. After bringing my steak back to me, she said “thank you for letting me fix this.” You can tell she is an amazing manager off that statement alone. They even line danced during dinner and it was amazing. My experience here was 11/10. Thank you Kevin and Andrea. I hope you both are compensated handsomely for being wonderful employees. “Normally there food is really good but we ordered food and found pieces of hair on our chicken and chilli, the burger was supposed to be done all the way but it was very pink. The sweet potatoes were so burnt that they were black. Kinda disappointing.“
“Big John Steak & Onion has the best cheese steak hoagies in town, arguably, in the State of Michigan. I had the full sized cheese steak, with extra steak meat ($16), and wasn't disappointed at all. Well worth every dollar spent. Like their commercials say; "Big John Steak & Onion, that's what I'm talking about".“
