“I love Blaze Pizza! You walk up to the counter and the process begins. Pick your sauce, cheese, toppings and spices. You can see them put it in the brick oven. The whole restaurant smells delicious! In less than 10 minutes, you have a piping hot personal pizza! It's my favorite pizzareria!“

“I worked at 1 out in Muskegon. Heigit was fire for no reason. And I worked at the one and lancet Michigan and I was fired for no reason but what I will tell you. Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? “I liked one of the promotions Arby's had going on. However, trying to use the app and order "online specials" has been quite the challenge. The app is horrible, from not being able to add items to not offering Diet Coke with some combos, amongst other issue!

In my frustration, while in the parking lot, I apparently ordered for the wrong location. But thanks to the Manager (along with his employee) they stepped in and made the situation right. Probably the best customer care/service I have had at a Lansing Arby's! And that is going back many years. Thanks again, continue to go the extra step and make potato cake permanent!“

“I don't know what they are up to but it's not listening to their customers. I asked for sauces and got none. The fish sandwich was dry and the flavor was not that good. The Ruben sandwich my son in law got had to be cooked at my house before he could eat it.They seriously need to step up their game. They also need to bring back strawberry shakes, my daughter had her heart set on one. I used to love Arby's too“

“The manager who waited on me was very friendly and respectful. The food came out quickly and was made with care. I have been to other Arby's, and they slap it together. I ate in, and the place was very clean. I accidentally spilled some pop by the machine. I let them know about it, and they came right out and cleaned it up, and you would never know I spilled it.“

I went back inside to let the staff know, and they went to the manager to show him What was wrong. Ali was The manager on duty and was very apologetic and made it right immediately. “My wife and I read on Delish that Rallys had the best fries. So, we ordered Door Dash. We ordered a couple of bacon cheeseburgers with cheese sauce and a large fry. The burgers were extremely tasty with mouthwatering cheese and their unique burger seasoning. The fries are perfectly seasoned, crunch in the outside and fluffy on the inside. We like them better than Arby's curly fries or Steak N Shake fries. With one large order of fries (which we split) and two double bacon cheeseburgers, we were just over $20 plus tip and delivery. We thought the food was delicious and a great value. Rallys is tastier than McDonald's double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese. We recommend giving them a chance the next time you crave a burger and fries...you will be pleasantly surprised! We will DEFINITELY order again!“

Original review: The first time I went there they forgot some of my food. The next time I went there, their computer system was down and they said I couldn't wait in the takeout line for it to reboot. I just left and I don't know how long it will be before I feel like going back.“
