“fantastic customer service. literally had my order ready for me 3 minutes after i placed it while they were clearly busy dine in and drive thru. this place doesn’t make excuses, they have team work and go above and beyond to help you. they don’t hire just anyone. they actively ask if you need any extra sauces, other places just don’t put in that effort. seriously appreciate you guys. especially the manager with the curly ish hair idk his name!“

“I ended up visiting the Okemos Mcdonalds at 4:45 pm. The service was fast. The 2 double hamburgers and nuggets were delicious. My Dr Pepper ended up tasting good. I will definitely visit this location again in the future (during my Lansing trips). :)“

“Came to get a takeout with my kid. They were very friendly, and even went through the effort of making my son's sandwich with their ingredients seperate. I was impressed with the way they had packed the lettuce seperate from the tomatoes. Tomatoes came into their own little container.“
