“I ordered a custom sandwich. The crispy onion Whopper completely special and it's safe to say they understood the assignment. Everything was fresh at 1:30 in the afternoon right around the time when fast food gets cold right after the lunch rush. They did amazing today. Completely went above and be on the standard of Burger King as a whole. Good job guys. You made a very happy family today.“

“I was recently in this establishment and ordered a sweet iced tea. I did notice that they were quite busy so I did expect a little bit of a delay. The staff was extremely understanding about everything and they were trying to help as many customers as they could seeming how all of the staff had just clocked in and the previous shift had not given them any information about what was happening or the orders that were already in process. That poor manager on that shift was just being hounded by customers that were being extremely rude because they had a longer wait time for their food, when it was indeed the first shift that never told her anything. I even heard her explain to a customer that she was extremely sorry and was trying to her best but she had just clocked in and nobody had given her any information about what was happening at that moment. It did take quite a while to get just a single iced tea, but this is to be expected when there are at least 10 plus people in line seemingly five staff members and customers that are extremely rude and disrespectful. Overall the second shift team of this McDonald's seems like they were trying their hardest to figure everything out when first shift had never given them any notice of what was happening.“

“Very busy. Excellent chicken. Great service. Great location in front of Okemos Meijer. Plenty of parking spaces, with all Meijer parking spots nearby.

Inside is clean and organized. There is a kids playing area as well.

Portion of the food can be larger though.“

“I love Blaze Pizza! You walk up to the counter and the process begins. Pick your sauce, cheese, toppings and spices. You can see them put it in the brick oven. The whole restaurant smells delicious! In less than 10 minutes, you have a piping hot personal pizza! It's my favorite pizzareria!“

“I went here after a night out at HarpsU and I was absolutely blown away by the shear compassion the workers treated me with. I could tell they cooked these sliders with love, and every single bite was phenomenal. Would definitely come back here.“

“We use this location often when we get Arby's. Generally they are very quick and the food is good. The one issue we have time and again is missing items. Thankfully nothing big is every missing but we often don't get request sauces/dips even at times the cheese cups we pay extra for. So if you go here just be sure to ask for your sauces twice and do a quick check of your order before you get home. 😉“

“First time going to Savvy Sliders. Went to the one in Okemos, Mi. We loved it. Best Chicken Fingers around. The employees are really nice. Even asked how our food was while we were still eating. Said let me know if there is anything I can do for you. You don't get that other fast food restaurants. We definitely will make the drive to come back. The food is worth it. “There catering service was excellent. We had 12 people and opted for the regular box lunches. The order was perfect. They also took the order on the phone with great skill. You would do your business a service to order from Jersey Mike's for your next event or luncheon. We will be back!“

“Panera food is all the same usually but I asked for extra say e on my sandwich and I didn't get that. The survive was slow bur they were busy so not bad and the business building atmosphere is a strange one to be sure it's very busy so I wouldn't recommend studying but at off times if perfect I especially like the chairs by the window

Vegetarian options: The tomato soup is very good. I also like the medatranian sandwich, and the grilled cheese is always very good. If they have 10 vegetable soup, 100% get it!!! It's one of the best things they've had on their menu.“

“The last 6 months or so I’ve noticed a heavy improvement at this Taco Bell once the new manager had taken over. She’s been absolutely amazing, kind, they always have the place decorated for any of the holidays which is so inviting and fun(my daughter absolutely loves going just to see the cool holiday decor they put up) not to mention out of the last 10+ times I’ve went to this Taco Bell I’ve had ZERO issues with my order. Even the times when I have 3 or so meals and they all have small changes to them, none, zero issues. The team is amazing and the manager is even better, lucky to have a quality fast food place in our great town of Mason!!“

“Subways are always so harshly rated - this Subway is clean, the bathrooms were even clean. This Subway was well stocked, the veggies were vibrant, the bread fresh, and the chips were the choicest. “We came for take out on 6/9/25 The original order came out incorrect as we waited in the takeout line. I went back inside to let the staff know, and they went to the manager to show him What was wrong. Ali was The manager on duty and was very apologetic and made it right immediately. I appreciate his diligence and his willingness to make sure that the customer was happy and I left very satisfied. “This one is quite a bit further from me than the one on Grand River, but we choose to drive out of our way. I've only had one missing item and they quickly fixed it. To the crew that was working around 8pm on Friday, October 3rd - you did great! I had a huge order for a group of guys and everything was there and tasted good. “I don't know what they are up to but it's not listening to their customers. I asked for sauces and got none. The fish sandwich was dry and the flavor was not that good. The Ruben sandwich my son in law got had to be cooked at my house before he could eat it.They seriously need to step up their game. They also need to bring back strawberry shakes, my daughter had her heart set on one. I used to love Arby's too“

“The manager who waited on me was very friendly and respectful. The food came out quickly and was made with care. I have been to other Arby's, and they slap it together. I ate in, and the place was very clean. I accidentally spilled some pop by the machine. I let them know about it, and they came right out and cleaned it up, and you would never know I spilled it.“

“My wife and I read on Delish that Rallys had the best fries. So, we ordered Door Dash. We ordered a couple of bacon cheeseburgers with cheese sauce and a large fry. The burgers were extremely tasty with mouthwatering cheese and their unique burger seasoning. The fries are perfectly seasoned, crunch in the outside and fluffy on the inside. We like them better than Arby's curly fries or Steak N Shake fries. With one large order of fries (which we split) and two double bacon cheeseburgers, we were just over $20 plus tip and delivery. We thought the food was delicious and a great value. Rallys is tastier than McDonald's double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese. We recommend giving them a chance the next time you crave a burger and fries...you will be pleasantly surprised! We will DEFINITELY order again!“

“Update: I've been back a couple more times and they've been fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Nice bounceback!
Original review: The first time I went there they forgot some of my food. The next time I went there, their computer system was down and they said I couldn't wait in the takeout line for it to reboot. I just left and I don't know how long it will be before I feel like going back.“

“we go to the Mason location. Food is usually pretty fresh.
There is one male manager that you don’t know what “mood” he’s in until he either speaks or hides in the back so I give him 2 stars will it be the Jekyll or Hyde persona for that visit?
They are the closest location trekking home from work so already I just want to get food and go home without feeling like I’m a bother.
