They don't appreciate they're employees. They fired my stepmom after 38 yrs. She poured her everything into her store. For years she worked over time and was never paid extra for it because she couldn't find help because they pay like crap. She's worked almost everyday. They want to pay someone else less then what they were paying her so they fired her. Boycott all Big John's they have no morals...
