Big John's is a pre-concert tradition for us. Watching the food being prepared fresh sets them apart from other fast- food venues. Our out-of-state friend gets a bottle of their proprietary John sauce to take home when he visits

Fast service, decent size sandwich, and an interesting red sauce, which I understand is famous, but I didn’t quite get into it. It doesn’t really taste like anything else I’ve ever had. (Unique)

Order ready really fast.
Interior could use a refresh.
Has Pepsi Zero on-tap.
Sandwich somewhat better than competitors. Could take a page from Philly originals and up the level of the bread.
Cheese a bit understated, but many of us will always want more.
