The food was good, but the place was in bad shape. Floors were sticky, especially in the bathrooms, there was trash all over the floors, counters were sticky, and customer service was just awful. I ordered on the app, but when I was ready to leave I went up to the front to ask for a small bag to take some stuff to go. It is so hard to be a vegetarian in 23. I have always loved taco bell but the new computerized menu left me with limited customizations for a poor girl veg taco and I just wanted to shout out to AJ who took my owner IRL and helped me get what I needed and was so friendly about it too.

Ordered a cravings box and an extra $5 burrito leaving an $8 tip only to get home and no paid for extra burrito. Nacho cheese for chips was cold and lumpy looking instead warm and melty. Just all around not my favorite taco trip.
