“On a typical college town Saturday night at 1AM, the line was growing, and I also noticed the mobile order ticket queue growing as well. The team behind the counter was absolutely cool as cucumbers and extremely friendly. Despite being flooded with orders with less than an hour before closing, their attention to detail for every order they made by hand was impressive as heck. My pizza was absolutely delicious as well. Kudos to the team on the night of Mar 16, 2024.“

“They had a crab cake slider on the online menu but when I got there it wasn't on the menu in the restaurant. I asked about it and they had it. I got it and it was delicious! I don't know why they took it off the menu. Not everyone can make a good crab cake, but they did a very good job ?. Also got the spicy falafel, but was only ok. It's missing something,.. like a pickled something. The chocolate shake was amazing. Took me back to my childhood.Vegetarian options: They have a spicy falafel slider.“

“As a fellow restaurant worker the chicken carbonara was a solid 8/10 I worked in fine dining and this pretty close with the substitutions. The meat was well seasoned, there was enough broccoli and bacon wasn't skimpy at all. The bread sticks caught me by surprise they were awesome! Pizza was good didn't have expectations but I was also hot, nothing was cold and the staff were friendly. They always checked on the guests when they came to the lobby, every had a positive attitude.First time customer, see you again....“

“I was only in this store for 5 minutes at best, and they made my day better. Excellent customer service, they called me by my name and got my food to me very quickly. Lauren at the register, and the woman with glasses and curly hair that handed me my food stood out to me!!“

“As expected, the food was hot and fresh, didn't take long to get to us even with 8 cars ahead of us. Took about 5 or 6 minutes total time from pulling in to the line to the time we got to the front and got our food.Fries were good, the double cheeseburger was good and had a nice char around the edge, and the mushrooms and chicken strips were also good, a lot of food for the price being lower.This isn't a fancy place, but the price and service is good, burger quality is what you'd expect.“

“I have the food 4 starts because the chicken by itself is better than mid tier chicken. Apparently, everyone loves the Cains sauce. Looks like ketchup and mayo mixed to me. Tastes like it too. “Sandwiches are always delicious and hit a spot that I never knew needed to be hit. The service could be better but it's set up like a fast food joint so the people there are there to feed you and move to the next person, no complaints there. The overall dining area could be cleaned up better, but let's be honest they're cleaning their dining area just as much as other fast food joints. Overall there's nothing special about this location, but the food is worth getting a 16" sandwich for leftovers, and then eating the whole thing anyway because you have no self control“

“A great location! Grill top was clean, philly wasn't greasy, and was made just how I like it! They took my order over the phone while driving and let me pay there. They had it ready and made it exactly like I asked. I always ask for extra cheese and they made it perfectly cheesy! This will be my go to for Fridays after university. Especially since they will take my order over the phone and not make me pay. It's soo hard to pull out your card while driving so I love restaurants that let you pay in person.“

“First time trying Culver's. I was instantly greeted upon entry, very nice staff, and I dont get this very often makes ya feel special. The food was really damn good . I did not have a long wait and was served hot and fresh. First, let me say the fries were so good an hot. My wife and I had butter burgers. They were some of the best burgers I've had in a long time the reuben was very good as well, and I definitely will be coming back I heard they have great fish too“

“Whenever I come here, they aren’t busy and don’t have a lot of pretzels prepared in advance. This makes sense to get fresh pretzels but be aware if you are in a rush. I ordered a dragon fruit bowl which was good, but I think there was honey drizzled on top which I don’t really like. I didn’t see this in the description on the menu, but if I missed it then it is on me. The pretzels are always delicious and soft, and the staff is friendly.“

“One of the last old school drive thru/walk-up experiences you will find in Lansing. For decades this location has been the "Winter is over!" landmark that symbolizes an end to cold and freezing weather. Staff has always been top notch, and seems to be a continuous source for teens foyer to the labor market. Even when busy, this DQ acts as a melting pot for the south side, as people from all walks of life mingle as they await their preferred treat. I sincerely hope it is still here when my children turn 16 and could experience everything this place has to offer.“

“My son and I decided to have our monthly “mother/son lunch.”The hamburger was cooked to order and tasted wonderful. When you order fries at “Five Guys” they make sure you always have bag fries!Coke machine with more than a hundred different selections.Service was exceptional, and remember there is parking available north of E. “I’ve never seen them out of gluten-free buns and I’ve seen them change gloves for me (even if they can’t promise a pure gluten-free experience). My go to is the Italian and it fills me for the entire day. Never had a disappointing sandwich from here. Workers are giving it their all and very welcoming when I was in. Some days recently they have been app only orders, but it’s still a nice way to get rewards.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free Udi bun. Cross contamination happens, but the Italian it gluten free, as well as hook n ladder, and cheesesteak. I haven’t tried any others, but I know the meatball is not“

“Best staff, restaurant cleanliness and food at this location. While all Culver’s have been Great and Consistent, this team proved to be above and beyond. Cameron specifically came by to check how everything was and took my tray I had just finished. The quick check in on customers was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. Keep it up team! “For new years day to only have 2 people working inside the store was not a good idea. I was told 25 30 min for a Togo order after 30 min I went in to get my order and like I said only 2 workers were there my order say on the rack for an extra 15 min before it was handed to me.“

“Always friendly people. Not enough people to work though for the location they are so of course they would be super busy, lined up sometimes out the door. They need to be bigger. “For fast food, Arby's is great. First, they have the best coffee. I like mine black, and I never feel like I am drinking battery acid, like other fast food restaurants. And when I just want an afternoon snack, their turnovers are very tasty. For a sandwich, I truly enjoy their rubin.“
