“I called in 10 subs and asked them to make them all different. They were done quickly, labeled them all, packed lots of knives and napkins for me and even got me in a coupon I didn't even ask for. They went the extra mile and were very kind.“
“This location has improved significantly over the last 2 months. I have been going here for years and about weekly the last 2 years. I go I to the restaurant to pick up my order because it used to be wrong a lot so I wanted to go though it myself before I left.I still go in each time, but the order is actually usually correct. I use the app to order and the current Saturday crew stays on top of all orders and gets mine ready usually on time now. They also work hard and are friendly. When there is a problem with any part of my order, they proactively fix it and now apologize if they are slow for any reason which makes my experience much more pleasant. The restaurant and work area are swept more often now. They aim more to delight the custom now.Brandis is great at customer service and fixes any issue proactively and with a professional and friendly attitude. She’s the first employee to remember my name as it is on my app order each week. She also greets everyone who comes in.“
“I love this Subway, I drive past the other one to order from the subway in Walmart and Natasha is the ONLY one I allow to make my sub! That girl works circles around all the others! She remembers my favorites and even the toppings I put on it. Cleanest subway Ive been to.“
“I was in the area for work and got food for my team, which they enjoyed by the way but I forgot to get a receipt to submit to my company. So 2 months later my employer required the receipt and I called Tim the Manager of Wendy's in Fowlerville and he was so awesome! He requested from headquarters a copy of my transaction and emailed it to me. I know this isn't a typical fast food review but customer service I feel is apart of the experience and Tim is doing a great job.“
“I don't normally go to McDonald's ever but I went to this one out in the country and I was impressed. The manager looked happy and smiling employees looked and sounded happy. “Food was tasty and restaurant was clean. The concept, build your own burrito has been done before. But this one is a nice take on the concept. I had the shrimp burrito and it was delicious. It isn't the fanciest place but it was good and portions and price were reasonable.“
“Normally this location is on point with zero mistakes. Though every now and again, we can get thrown off our “A Game” and have an off day. My son and I came through the drive-thru on 12/19/23 in the evening to grab him a quick dinner.I ordered a large lemonade for myself, which tasted great. My son wanted a number one triple Dave Classic, a large fry, and a large strawberry lemonade. The strawberry lemonade and French fries were fantastic, but the burger itself was wrong. We didn’t notice the issue until we drove all the way home.I grabbed my receipt, called them up, and kindly explained what happened. The manager Collin was apologetic and accepted responsibility for their mistake right away. He offered to make it right and put my name in the book for a future day to get the correct burger I paid for on my son’s behalf. A few days later we stopped in to get his burger and he absolutely enjoyed every bite of it.The inside and outside of this place is clean and well maintained, unlike many other fast food restaurants I have visited in the past. The drive-thru itself is very quick and the wait time is not long at all. Many of the employees here are friendly, cheerful, respectful, and have no issues going above and beyond to make sure you receive great customer service.“
“Okay so first of all, food was 100% fresh, so that was a plus, visiting around 8:30pm on a Monday.Secondly, Bernadette and Josh have some of the most kind and caring hearts you could ask for out of the service industry. We had a small issue with our order, and they not only did their job, but went above and beyond to make it right!!This environment and atmosphere is something special, and I hope these employees get treated very well for all their hard work!!“
“We were just returning home after a Dr.app. in Bloomfield, with my back surgery. When we got to Arby's, we didn't realize that they were closed to inside dining because staff shortage. By the time my husband had got my walker out and me out of the car, the manger came and opened the door for us and welcomed us in.
