I’ve had a craving and gone to a Taco Bell in Lansing just to be disappointed. “I called in 10 subs and asked them to make them all different. They were done quickly, labeled them all, packed lots of knives and napkins for me and even got me in a coupon I didn't even ask for. They went the extra mile and were very kind.“

“At this location, they were busy. All the seats were full, and multiple orders were coming in over the phone. They still were able to handle all the orders and the customers in a timely. fashion was extremely impressed. Will stop here again to eat“

“Normally this location is on point with zero mistakes. Though every now and again, we can get thrown off our “A Game” and have an off day. My son and I came through the drive-thru on 12/19/23 in the evening to grab him a quick dinner.I ordered a large lemonade for myself, which tasted great. My son wanted a number one triple Dave Classic, a large fry, and a large strawberry lemonade. The strawberry lemonade and French fries were fantastic, but the burger itself was wrong. We didn’t notice the issue until we drove all the way home.I grabbed my receipt, called them up, and kindly explained what happened. The manager Collin was apologetic and accepted responsibility for their mistake right away. He offered to make it right and put my name in the book for a future day to get the correct burger I paid for on my son’s behalf. A few days later we stopped in to get his burger and he absolutely enjoyed every bite of it.The inside and outside of this place is clean and well maintained, unlike many other fast food restaurants I have visited in the past. The drive-thru itself is very quick and the wait time is not long at all. Many of the employees here are friendly, cheerful, respectful, and have no issues going above and beyond to make sure you receive great customer service.“

“Bought an iced coffee in another town and took a drink to find out they forgot to add the sugar...whoa I'm in no way a black coffee drinker. I made a stop at the webberville McDonald's to see if I could possibly buy some sugar from them. The manager went above and beyond and made me a new one and wouldnt allow me to pay for it. I needed that coffee to make the long trek home on the boring expressway. Thank you“

“Had a late night order just before close and they still took my order with gratitude and kindness, we had a slight wait since they just dropped fresh fry's for us and we were already fine with waiting, but instead of just letting us sit there they asked us if we'd like a complimentary cookie and they kept light non personal conversation and kept us happy, I'd come back based off this experience, and I would recommend since this location hasn't let me down thus far and I've been stopping in since the Early 2000s keep up the good work. Also corporate should give the lady with the black hair working the window and mic and whomever else was there the night of august 11th 2024 a raise/bonus you guys did great keep it up!!!! ??????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
