I had such a great experience at Subway thanks to Liberty. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was just right. The woman that's usually there at noon seems to not want to be there. Customers will show up and she'll be in the back on her phone in full view, and then she'll see you and disappear into the back. I'm sick of it. So I won't be back.
