I love this Subway, I drive past the other one to order from the subway in Walmart and Natasha is the ONLY one I allow to make my sub! That girl works circles around all the others! She remembers my favorites and even the toppings I put on it. Cleanest subway Ive been to.

Horrible experience! I never write reviews but the manager, Natasha, was actually terrible. She was on her phone and at register. Had to ring bell to get her attention. She was actually hostile and angry, and all I was trying to do was get a sub.

I was at this store today 4/7/2023. I was the only one in line. The girl who waited on us was new. The manager kept coming out with food containers an talking to her on how to put them on line. All this time we stood there waiting. The new employee was very distracted. My wife checked out grocery an came up to counter where I was still waiting. Had to repeat what I wanted. At that point she had already wrapped my wife’s food an I didn’t see what see did due to the manager distracting all of us. Needless to say when we got home my sub was Correct as I saw her fix it. How ever my wife’s had no dressing an no condiments on it. Only meat. Also ordered a pretzel. Got it home an it was doughy. Very disappointed. Also the manager was very unkempt an very un professional. This will make me think twice before going again. Byron Gansley

God awful, the veggies looked old and wilted to the point I skipped out on most of my favorite toppings & my sandwich ‘artist’ did an awful job on evenly spreading out the sandwich toppings - honestly this is the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Went to Fowlerville subway on my way to the Luke Bryan Farm Tour in Fowlerville at Kubiak Farm there was a Hearse Fest also on Saturday at the Fowlerville Fairgrounds i arrived at subway at 1:30 and finally had my subs and exited at 2:10 the kid working was great but terrible of the owner and op managers and store manager to have 1 person working during a 20k sold out show and a festival of numerous people!! These owners and managers need to wake up and learn how to run a business!! They were well aware of the concert as one of their employees is a Kubiak!!! This was very unexeptable and very unfair for the employee!! I see things will never get better after all these years with these folks running it!!

I love this subway! The people are the best! I appreciate the main girls I see everyday for my lunch, are the BEST! They always have my food ready and its always right. Even when I make a mistake on the order, they are always there to fix it. The girl with the dark hair, with some color in it, is Awesome! The other girl has glasses and blondish hair. BEST EMPLOYEES! They deserve a raise!

Just went here to get something to eat for my daughter and was completely ignored by all the staff. Very strange. She even saw us. 3 times. Thanks for that. Very rude. (Customer Service has contacted me. I am changing this post to 5 stars for quick response to my issue. Edit soon.)

Remember 5 dollar footlongs? Have not been there in a nit so I thought I'd try it again. 13 bucks for a footlong! Never again. 13 dollars for a bottom of the line sandwich that they count the pieces of meat and cheese they put on. Any of the other places put this place to shame.

.poor customer service and attention to Detail i..payed 13 something for a footlong steak Baja sub....i called and let them know i did not receive extra steak...but did received a foot long ham and cheese but only needed an 6 inch.. Natasha was her name proceeded To tell me she was training a new girl on the Melts and she did put extra steak ..i should be happy she over looked the 6 in ham and cheese and hung up.... very rude All I wanted is what I ordered.. I have Heard many complaints about natasha rudeness from others choice to not listen to gossip... my Mistake.
