“Been going to this place for years now, always a good choice. I had an injured knee and the worker gave me extra cheese and beans and meat. And extra chips. On my birthday, a free brownie/ cookie. The workers are always kind and patient. Highly recommend this establishment.“
“First time visiting this Subway located in Howell. My son and I came in the evening on 12/17/23 and were greeted by friendly employees. The place was empty and we were the only two customers in the sandwich shop. The building itself was easy to find and parking directly out front was a cinch.The employees tag teamed our order and had our sandwiches done in no time. They even remembered to ask if we were apart of the rewards program. I saved two dollars on our entire order which was nice because the inflation rate today is out of control.Even though they no longer offer the $5 foot longs, the prices were still affordable.The place itself was super clean, well taken care of , and organized out in the lobby and behind the main counter. All the ingredients looked fresh, appetizing, and well maintained at the right temperatures.If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely come back and get some more sandwiches at this fine establishment.“
“Food was tasty and restaurant was clean. The concept, build your own burrito has been done before. But this one is a nice take on the concept. I had the shrimp burrito and it was delicious. It isn't the fanciest place but it was good and portions and price were reasonable.“
“My husband and I compromised on 4 stars he loves the sliders and would give 5 stars. I think they are mushy on the bottom and the middle is gross, 3 stars. The fries are amazing. Would recommend going for fries and other items. We do not live in the area was just passing through so we have only used the drive thru. They were quick and efficient. Our order was correct, hot and fresh.“
“Excellent food, excellent location, excellent staff. Food is hot, fresh and well prepared! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Parking lot is small but there are other parking options if the lot fills up and they are all within 2-3 mins of Griff's. Can get busy but it doesn't really impact service very much. Easily seen from Grand River in Howell, MI. My only suggestion for this place is, number your orders and don't rely on memory or facial recognition, a numbered flag next to parties dining on the inside would cut down on wrong orders going to people, just a suggestion, otherwise this place is a must try burger joint.“
