“I LOVE this place! There isn't a girl here who isn't loving and kind, and their employees always put the customer first! I enjoy working in an environment where we can all get along unlike many other work places. The sandwiches are overwhelmingly good and every time I take a bite I feel like I am in Heaven. They feel like a godsend.What I don't like, is the pay. The hours aren't the best as I sometimes get cut down to make enough for other delivery drivers, which is fine but $11.00/hr is not nearly enough when you have bills to pay and bigger goals. The website advertised $14.00/hr, and it turned out to be different which was disappointing.Shoutout to Tom, Hannah, Rachel, Kathy, Stevie, and the owners (I don't know their names). These are excellent managers and are very good at their jobs“

“The staff are by far the best that I've been fortunate to have had the pleasure of experiencing every time I get my lunch while I'm hunting. I'm very rarely finding food establishment's I'm a fan of anymore these days, mainly because of the employee's attitude's I don't really go back regardless of the quality of the food. ??✌“
“It's a typical subway in most ways. I have been lucky perhaps in that the few employees I have dealt with have been really nice and professional. They were particularly nice to my kids on separate occasions which I appreciate.Parking: It has a fairly limited amount of spaces but the parking lot is only for the subway and the chiropractor next door.“
“This was my second visit to Firehouse Subs. Both visits we were very satisfied. Each time I’ve ordered hot subs, and I’d say these are the best hot subs I’ve had from a sub shop. I recommend the Hook and Ladder, and the New York Steamer. The pickle that comes with the sub is, hands down, the best dill pickle I’ve ever had.The restaurant staff were friendly, and the wait time was short. The facility was clean as well.“
“I’m not really crazy about this place but I was hungry so I stopped in for a bite. It meats all my criteria. Staff is friendly and fast and the place from top to bottom is clean as can be. And clearly well managed. The restroom even has a employee check list for cleaning the bathroom throughout the day. This place will get a 5 ⭐️ good job guys“
“First time visiting this Subway located in Howell. My son and I came in the evening on 12/17/23 and were greeted by friendly employees. The place was empty and we were the only two customers in the sandwich shop. The building itself was easy to find and parking directly out front was a cinch.The employees tag teamed our order and had our sandwiches done in no time. They even remembered to ask if we were apart of the rewards program. I saved two dollars on our entire order which was nice because the inflation rate today is out of control.Even though they no longer offer the $5 foot longs, the prices were still affordable.The place itself was super clean, well taken care of , and organized out in the lobby and behind the main counter. All the ingredients looked fresh, appetizing, and well maintained at the right temperatures.If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely come back and get some more sandwiches at this fine establishment.“
