“This is the best subway anywhere. Food is always done on time or early and correct. Store is always clean. Other stores, in town, Latson road, are a freaking nightmare. This one by Kroger is hands down the exact opposite and is a pleasure to go to.“

“I recently placed an online order. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived but the young man working (Damon) was busy preparing my order. This young man was working alone. When I got home with my order we had an issue that was not the fault of Damon. I called the store and the delightful young man immediately solved our issue and was pleasant while doing so. He is friendly every time I visit the store and is part of the reason I choose the Subway on Latson Road in Howell. Good Job Damon. 5 Stars for you.“

EDIT: it’s about two months later…. Idk what happened to the manager but he is clearly drowning. I feel sorry for him.. basically the last three time, something has been wrong with my sandwich… I normally wouldn’t care, but I pay a pretty penny for these bad boys… first time, no pickle, free sandwich, cool. Didn’t expect that… second time there was like 2 slices of meat and 4 cheese… I took some photos. Felt weird about getting another free sandwich but they gave it to me…. Third time… paid for extra meat one two sandwiches… even got it delivered… one sandwich straight up wasn’t even finished… drove up there and tried being calm about the situation, dude didn’t even wanna listen to me… like no dude, you messed up… no tomato and no extra meat, WHICH I PAID FOR… 2.30 to be exact…..“

“Noah is my favorite worker here. His customer service skills are perfect. When he’s slammed with customers he doesn’t show an ounce of stress. He moves quickly but treats each costumer with respect and makes sure they get exactly what they want. He’s why I keep coming back. Restaurants should have more workers like him.“

Our little guy is OBSESSED with firemen/fire trucks and we wanted something simple - so I thought to call and see if we could have 10-15 people gather here for his birthday day "party" The store owner, MATT was beyond excited to do this, so incredibly kind and helpful. Matt even came in on his day off to move tables around for me before I got there, set up a kids station with fire hats, fire safety coloring books, crayons and Junior firefighter stickers!
