When I got home with my order we had an issue that was not the fault of Damon. I called the store and the delightful young man immediately solved our issue and was pleasant while doing so. Our little guy is OBSESSED with firemen/fire trucks and we wanted something simple - so I thought to call and see if we could have 10-15 people gather here for his birthday day "party" The store owner, MATT was beyond excited to do this, so incredibly kind and helpful. Matt even came in on his day off to move tables around for me before I got there, set up a kids station with fire hats, fire safety coloring books, crayons and Junior firefighter stickers!
