Ordered a cravings box and an extra $5 burrito leaving an $8 tip only to get home and no paid for extra burrito. Nacho cheese for chips was cold and lumpy looking instead warm and melty. Just all around not my favorite taco trip.

ordered a grilled cheese burrito when they first opened for lunch. they didnt have any rice so i had to get a bean buritto that was half the price and didnt get my money back, ordered 6 sauces and didnt get that either. also the girl who was in the drive thru seemed annoyed and was rude.

Ok sooooo service was quick. Maybe that’s because they forgot to put anything in the taco shell. Ordered 3 crunchy tacos and this is what I got…. I could sneeze out more than was in these tacos. It was a rip off. They don’t give receipts so I couldn’t prove that I paid $6.33 for taco flavored air. I do not recommend this location.

If you are interested in inedible food this is the place for you! My food was so soggy the wrapper and the taco became one product. The night manager kept talking about a receipt and corporate policy of an online order—my receipt is on the application. How is a customer supposed to produce a receipt if the employee does not provide a receipt? The night employees are beyond rude and can claim corporate policy without explaining corporate policy. Taco Bell what is your receipt policy? Is poor customer service apart of your code of ethics? Are your paper products FDA approved?

The crew at 11:00 PM (Sunday) is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one answered. I came back about 15 minutes later and they finally decide to take orders.The woman had absolutely no communication skills (no big deal)But I ordered three things. One was correct, the other was completely missing, and the third had so much sauce ON it that it couldn’t be eaten because it was such a mess.And there was no one else in line, so really just pure laziness.

I am thoroughly disgusted by this place!!! I wish there was a minus rating!!! First my food was wrong, but I chose to eat in because I'm here from Eaton Rapids. When I first walked in a young man with a shaved head and ponytail was sitting on the front counter (he's now sitting on what appears to be a prep counter?) and then I saw EVERY table was filthy. I had to clean my own table to sit!! I see 3 men back there standing around chatting when they should be cleaning!! I come to Okemos once a month but I will never come here again!!!As I was leaving the boys retreated to the back and were just sitting there. I was the only customer the whole time I was in there so they had plenty of time to clean.I've worked food service many years and this never would have been allowed!!Some might ask why did I stay if it was so bad? I had already paid for my food before I saw any of this and it wasn't food I wanted to eat in my car because it's messy and I live 30 miles away!

The food was good, but the place was in bad shape. Floors were sticky, especially in the bathrooms, there was trash all over the floors, counters were sticky, and customer service was just awful. I ordered on the app, but when I was ready to leave I went up to the front to ask for a small bag to take some stuff to go. Two employees made direct eye contact with me and looked away and one got on his phone. When I finally asked out loud, twice, for a small bag, that employee got the bag and handed it to me without once looking up from his phone.
