The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.) I typically order tea, though they have a nice selection of coffees and pastries as well. My only critique is that I wish they had more cozy, lounge-type seating, since right now they have mostly desks (although with plenty of outlets for online work). We've been here a few times already since they opened the Okemos location and will continue to visit often!“

“My partner and I had never been to Hooked, but we came for a Euchre tournament. The owner Matt is so pleasant, and the employees are so kind and gracious. The coffee and food were delicious. “It was such a pleasant Sunday morning at 7 Brew when, all of a sudden, a SWARM of bees decided to attack my car. I thought it was over for me. Thankfully, Noah was there to save the day. He carefully neutralized the threat, made sure the bees were safely on their way, and restored peace to drive thru. Truly heroic work. On top of that, I had the best coffee of my life. Noah is an insane worker, an elite bee negotiator, and quite possibly the backbone of this entire establishment. 10/10 coffee, 11/10 customer service, 100/10 bee control. Give this man a raise.“

“I have been stopping at the Dunkin' Donuts in Dewitt on my way to the office twice a week. It has become one of the highlights of my mornings. Inside the building is always clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. The Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru service is consistently fast, accurate, and efficient.

What truly sets this location apart is the incredible Dunkin' Donuts team. The drive-thru employees are friendly, helpful, and genuinely make every customer feel valued. After just a few visits, they remembered my order and now have it ready for me before I even ask. That kind of personal service is incredibly rare these days and speaks volumes about how much they care.

I actually have everything I need at home to make my own lattes, coffee, etc., but I still stop here because the employees brighten my day. They greet me like a close friend, always with a smile, cheerful, and make every visit enjoyable. Their efficiency, attention to detail, and positive attitudes are unmatched.

“I usually order from DoorDash so I’ve never been inside. I am not actually a very big fan of Starbucks coffee. It’s a roasting preference. I was desperate for a hazelnut latte one morning so I ordered from this store on DoorDash. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the latte was. I could actually taste hazelnut and it wasn’t overpowering the coffee. I’ve ordered from this place multiple times since, and the latte is consistently flavorful. They also leave cute messages on the cups. It really makes my day.“

“Delicious food and wide selection. The chilaquiles were more like breakfast enchiladas, but tasty nonetheless. The corned beef eggs benedict was really good, too. They have a lot of vegetarian options, fresh juice, and healthier choices than other breakfast places. I would say it’s a tad pricey for breakfast, but worth it. The old school diner atmosphere is cool. Service was just okay.“

“I live down the street, and stop in at least three times a week. Many of the staff always welcome me and remember my usual drink, so I don't understand the negative reviews, except I know the people complaining have never worked retail food service.

No one is just standing at the register because they're in the back WORKING. Plus, that's why there's a bell on the counter. People need to stop being Karens.“

“Very good stay, a well managed hotel. Very clean room. Friendly, accommodating staff. Beck on the front desk and Chief Engineer John Hazard were especially helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the State Capital buildings with convenient, attached parking and the ideal place to stay if you're doing going to the legislature. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants, walking distance. No need to drive, once you're there. I'll definitely be back.“

Parking: It Can be busy and stressful to grab a spot but be patient it's a big garage ramp

“I come here too often because the staff is so kind and the food is always fresh! I actually had no idea they made the donuts fresh in the back! Today they brought out the Chocolate dip donuts fresh and they smelt soooo good! I love Tim’s“

“I've never seen so many orders on the kvr monitor and manage to get an order right. I ordered a double cheese no muatard, with Mayo, ketchup, lettuce and tomato. 6pc chicken nuggets, and that new redbull dragonfruit drink and large fries. Not once have i ever tasted a burger sooo fresh and my entire order correct. A younger lady was nice to get me a water too despite being so busy and was very kind. I also heard the conversaton from the person up front at the register and was super kind too. No one waited for someone to come up to register for very long. 1 min at most. Did i mention i got the food super super fast despite them being the busiest McDonald's i have ever seen. Nor did anyone scream at each other to hurry or anything. Like they just all knew what they were doing. I think i'm going to go to this one rather than any other.

If people want to know there is a kids area but it's super small. Also all the tables where super clean and very well taken care of.
