“I brought my friend in earlier this week (Tuesday) for a one-of-a-kind Toad’s coffee and she said (and I quote), “This is the best latte I’ve ever had.” 😀 She’s from the Detroit area, so she has lots of coffee spots around her, but she called out Toad’s as having the best! She got a “Vanilla Killa” iced latte with oat milk. Thanks Toad’s for giving us such a great experience- per usual!“

“The boys (my dogs) and I were off to a reward for their Vet trip But because I haven't eaten at a Mcdonald's in So long i forgot what I liked and yet the girl taking my order was So sweet and patient with me! And to top it off, the girl whom I paid my order to offered my dogs scoobie snax! This experience was Super NICE and surprising! 🥰“

“The tag to best describe this place is: FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The staff is amazing! The manager is leading from the front tonight and I just watched an irate lady yell about how she had to wait over 5 minutes, even though it’s almost Christmas and there’s a huge stow storm coming. These employees are setting the example of pride in work and humility in service. I sat for over an hour and was just amazed at how much pride they have in their work ethic and how well they handled the worst customer I know.“

“Lovely little coffee shop! I enjoy their Westside location and am so glad to have a spot on the Eastside that is more convenient for me. The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.) I typically order tea, though they have a nice selection of coffees and pastries as well. My only critique is that I wish they had more cozy, lounge-type seating, since right now they have mostly desks (although with plenty of outlets for online work). We've been here a few times already since they opened the Okemos location and will continue to visit often!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Lansing area. I come here a couple times a week for a Pink drink. Today I came through the drive through and a sweet lady named Leanne served me. She was incredibly friendly and had the sweetest smile! She is amazing!!“

“I had a great time here. I went on a Sunday and it was very busy, with a 30 minute wait.

I had the chicken and waffles and a Chai tea. Everything was great. I also sampled my friend's breakfast lasagna and it was amazing. I highly recommend the breakfast lasagna especially.“

“I love biggby coffee. I frequent this location occasionally, and I am always happy. The line can get a bit long during morning rush or on the weekends, but the employees do a good job of being friendly and making great coffee. Most of the time, they remember my drink and start making it before I can even order. ☕️“

“I got hungry while running errands so I stopped at this McDonald's. A young man named Caleb took my order. He made sure that I got just what I ordered! He paid attention to the order details, acted professional, and was very kind to me. There should be multiple Caleb's at all of the fast food restaurants. Kudos“

“Went through the drive thru. The lune went pretty quickly. I like this particular McDonald's, because the food is actually hot and good. Other McDonald's, their food is warm at best -- the cheese isn't even melted. But this McDonald's does a great job.“
