“I brought my friend in earlier this week (Tuesday) for a one-of-a-kind Toad’s coffee and she said (and I quote), “This is the best latte I’ve ever had.” 😀 She’s from the Detroit area, so she has lots of coffee spots around her, but she called out Toad’s as having the best! She got a “Vanilla Killa” iced latte with oat milk. Thanks Toad’s for giving us such a great experience- per usual!“

“I have been a regular for the past month or so, and I LOVE coming to this Biggby. It is such a great atmosphere, but still, a place where I can focus and study in the mornings. The baristas go above and beyond and are extremely fast. As a customer who is here every morning sitting to study while drinking my coffee, I have been able to see them slow and extremely busy. They work as a team when busy and keep a positive attitude when slammed. If the drive-through seems slow, trust me, they are working hard and fast to get everyone's orders made! When they are slow, I see them cleaning and making sure everything is in working order. I have created bonds with certain baristas, and that is because of the fantastic customer service and the friendly atmosphere. This place has become my favorite study spot in the mornings before work!“

“The boys (my dogs) and I were off to a reward for their Vet trip But because I haven't eaten at a Mcdonald's in So long i forgot what I liked and yet the girl taking my order was So sweet and patient with me! And to top it off, the girl whom I paid my order to offered my dogs scoobie snax! This experience was Super NICE and surprising! 🥰“

“The tag to best describe this place is: FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The staff is amazing! The manager is leading from the front tonight and I just watched an irate lady yell about how she had to wait over 5 minutes, even though it’s almost Christmas and there’s a huge stow storm coming. These employees are setting the example of pride in work and humility in service. I sat for over an hour and was just amazed at how much pride they have in their work ethic and how well they handled the worst customer I know.“

“Lovely little coffee shop! I enjoy their Westside location and am so glad to have a spot on the Eastside that is more convenient for me. The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.) I typically order tea, though they have a nice selection of coffees and pastries as well. My only critique is that I wish they had more cozy, lounge-type seating, since right now they have mostly desks (although with plenty of outlets for online work). We've been here a few times already since they opened the Okemos location and will continue to visit often!“

“I always try to stop in here when I am in the West Lansing area. The atmosphere is always calm and peaceful, the staff always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and best of all the furniture is very, very comfortable! I tell everyone about them!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Lansing area. I come here a couple times a week for a Pink drink. Today I came through the drive through and a sweet lady named Leanne served me. She was incredibly friendly and had the sweetest smile! She is amazing!!“

“Delicious food and wide selection. The chilaquiles were more like breakfast enchiladas, but tasty nonetheless. The corned beef eggs benedict was really good, too. They have a lot of vegetarian options, fresh juice, and healthier choices than other breakfast places. I would say it’s a tad pricey for breakfast, but worth it. The old school diner atmosphere is cool. Service was just okay.“
