“We are from Canada, we were staying at a hotel in the area and asked where the best pizza is. The girl at the reception said it’s a bit of a drive but Cugino’s is worth the drive. Boy she was not wrong best pizza we have ever had ….”

“My husband and I recently visited BrickHaven for the first time and were impressed from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We celebrated his birthday dinner there and were treated with warm, friendly staff. Not one rude person and they all seemed to genuinely be happy to be there. The atmosphere is bright and lots of natural light with warm undertones of the brick walls. The food was AMAZING and tasted so clean and fresh and the portions were not skimpy. The beer cheese pretzel was one of the best we’ve ever had and my husband is so picky haha. We will definitely be back and next time, we’re bringing the kiddos with us! Thank you for a wonderful experience.”

“Solid sandwiches and good vibes. Jeremy chatted us up and made us feel totally welcome. They also have a wide variety of cocktails if that’s your thing. It is not mine but I was blown away when they had cans of zero sugar Vernors. They stole my heart there, as I don’t drink sugary pop and like some variety other than Coke/Pepsi diet/zero. Highly recommended!”

“This "was" our favorite restaurant for frozen margaritas. The margaritas have less Tequila in them now. They are not as good. Very disappointing. If you need to increase the charge, do so. But leave the Tequila alone!”

“The staff is always pleasant and asking how you are doing. They try to be as efficient as possible when the line builds too. The rating wall is hilarious. Just feels like a small spot with good people.”

“We moved to Grand Ledge in 2021 and had Peppino’s pizza for the first time. Ever since we have been frequent customers. The garlic breadsticks and ranch has to be some of the best in town. Prices are great and the quality of pizza is amazing. 10/10 would always recommend.”

“Nice seating looking out onto what seems to be the main drag of a sleepy town. The cafe itself, however, is anything but sleepy. The beautiful noise of conversation and food prep mingles with the usual hustle bustle common to many a neighborhood cafe.

A lovely cafe/bakery with a good selection of bagels and all kinds of sweets. Madcap coffee in pump pots, a little under-extracted but it’s probably how their clientele likes it. Worth a shot to play with a tighter ratio, though. Wanted a breakfast bagel sandwich and it hit the spot. Worth a visit, you may find yourself staying longer than expected.”

“I brought my friend in earlier this week (Tuesday) for a one-of-a-kind Toad’s coffee and she said (and I quote), “This is the best latte I’ve ever had.” 😀 She’s from the Detroit area, so she has lots of coffee spots around her, but she called out Toad’s as having the best! She got a “Vanilla Killa” iced latte with oat milk. Thanks Toad’s for giving us such a great experience- per usual!”

“I have been a regular for the past month or so, and I LOVE coming to this Biggby. It is such a great atmosphere, but still, a place where I can focus and study in the mornings. The baristas go above and beyond and are extremely fast. As a customer who is here every morning sitting to study while drinking my coffee, I have been able to see them slow and extremely busy. They work as a team when busy and keep a positive attitude when slammed. If the drive-through seems slow, trust me, they are working hard and fast to get everyone's orders made! When they are slow, I see them cleaning and making sure everything is in working order. I have created bonds with certain baristas, and that is because of the fantastic customer service and the friendly atmosphere. This place has become my favorite study spot in the mornings before work!”

“I can’t speak to atmosphere because we always order to go, but we have never had a bad experience at this Subway location. We get subs and wraps from here at least 3x a month and staff have always been super helpful, courteous, and friendly. The establishment is very clean as well.”
