Take a look at our favorite Grand Ledge Mexican restaurants.
“We LOVE Pancho's!! We have 4 little girls, and they have always called this place "The Taco Truck." ? My husband was doing a roofing job 4 years ago in Grand Ledge, and they stopped here for lunch. He enjoyed it so much that we ate here for dinner that night!! The food here is amazing! The staff is ALWAYS friendly. I have placed big orders before, and they have never said no, we can't do that, not to mention the speed of service is always fast. I recommend Pancho's to anyone who is looking for authentic food. It's worth a trip out to GL!!“
“Audrey is absolutely fantastic! She always has a smile, is very personable and does her best to make customers happy. I always feel bad when I come with an order for my coworkers but she takes it in stride. She is definitely an asset to this location!“
“First time there, tried it based on. Recommend from one of my sons. He insisted that they had the best Beria tacos around…he was right. We were a party of four, I had the Beria dinner plate, 3 tacos and beans and rice. The tacos were massive, filled with the most juicy and tender shredded beef I’ve ever had with a dipping sauce that was extremely flavorful. The beans and rice were excellent. Hot sauces were…hot, and had great flavor as well. The Queen had shrimp with garlic butter sauce - very tender and well cooked shrimp, and the sauce wasn’t too heavy. The other couple had Molcajete bowl - it was enormous. Packed with pretty every protein available. The chorizo was especially tasty. All in all we were very happy with the food, it came out quickly, looked awesome, and the flavors were better than expected. The service was as good as the food, very polite and helpful without being in the way. The best part of the evening was when the owner had a special dessert made for us and it was awesome! Don’t be fooled by the fact this place is in a strip mall, the food is as good as you will anywhere in the Lansing area“
“5 stars ++++! Thank you Panchos for catering our sons wedding this past weekend. People were so impressed with the food and it was a big hit! Anyone looking for great food for an event, we highly recommend. Very friendly, professional and went out of their way to make the day great. Thanks so much!“
“Some of the most fresh tasting Mexican food I have ever had. Huge menu. Something for everyone. The service was excellent. This place is a must try. I would definitely go back.Parking: Free parking.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is kid friendly.“
“Vegetarian options: Can get nearly every menu item without meat and plenty of awesome options for food, beverages, and deserts.Parking: The restaurant is next to an empty building with a large parking. About the size of a small strip mall parking lotKid-friendliness: Wonderful people, family-friendly vibes, no fuss about questions, explanations, or anything else.“
“Evidently the Manager thinks on line orders for people who aren't even there are more important than in person orders. We were told we would have to wait for food when the tray was full! I felt bad for the staff. Manager in the back was not handling the situation very well! Need to fix this!“
“I've never heard of this restaurant. I'm a huge fan of good tamales. My boyfriend brought 2 dozen for the holidays, pork and beef! The masa is even tasty! Omg, I'm enjoying them so much. I'll definitely be coming to get more, especially jalapeño and cheese... YES!“
“Wait staff was great even though they aren’t fully staffed…VERY FRIENDLY! Fairly attentive for how few there are, no complaints from me…I was kept fed with drinks so met my expectations. And I tried a cheesecake chimichanga today…never had one before and it was awesome! Like a cannoli…but better because I prefer sweet!“
“This was the first time we tried this place and it was great! We came out on a Thursday evening and it was pretty chill which was nice. Lots of shot/drink choices and they were all fantastic! Danny/Dani was an excellent and attentive server and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu and fill up our shot card ❤️“
“WARNING!!Sometimes, in rare instances, I am in a rush and low on calories, so I stroll in to a drive through to get food fast. My expectations are always low as that is the sure way to not lead oneself to disappointment. The illuminating Bell caught my eye amongst the plethora of places and I made the left turn against heavy traffic to obtain sustenance.Frugal, I usually choose items on the value menu as I feel that I’m there for fuel and not an occasion. This time, I decided to choose the Beefy Melt Burrito. As I pulled away I remembered that I have a child at home and I need to eat this quickly and dispose of the evidence as to not receive ridicule from my cruel and unusual roommate. I carefully unwrapped one end as I didn’t want any unfolded mistakes to drop onto my well kept $12 joggers from Shein. When I took the first unmindful bite, I was immediately blown away by the flavor and freshness of what I was consuming. Becoming very present, I was mesmerized by the string of cheese from my mouth to the burrito.I was so taken back that I forgot I was driving a vehicle. I veered into the turn lane and came back to consciousness just in enough time to not hit the vehicle in front of me. Heart racing and life flashing before my eyes, things started to fall into perspective. We are here to help one another. That being said, there is multiple times where I’ve had enough gangster in me to text and drive and I’ve never almost lost it like I did with this mind blowing $2.79 burrito. I’ve thought long and hard since my purchase 15 min ago and I think we need to start a petition to make driving while Taco Belling illegal.Stay tuned to your local newspapers and CSPAN for the opportunity to stop people from this and save countless lives.Kevin“

Family friendly atmosphere with a cozy, but clean interior.Kid-friendliness: There were a few young ones there today.Wheelchair accessibility: The back entrance is a parking lot that goes right to the door. Easy to get into and out of with wheelchairs or if you have trouble walking.“
