“I am in Hastings for the summer visiting from Florida. I went to this Taco Bell on the 4th of July. They had several new items on the menu since I had last been to a Taco Bell. Caitlin waited on my sister, myself and a friend and I was amazed how patient she was while we all peppered her with questions about the new items. She was hands down the best person I have ever had wait on me in a fast food restaurant. As she explained what came on the new items, if I had closed my eyes I would have thought I was in a fine dining restaurant and the server was explaining the specials. Caitlin was also very upbeat and friendly with all of the customers. The food was great and just how we ordered it. I was so impressed I had to give this Taco Bell and Caitlin a good review because it seems like now a days it is soooo hard to find good customer service wherever you go.“
