Honestly place seems to be going down hill use to love their food but now all I get is mistakes left and right the other night the chicken was hard as rock today they are barely putting rice in a rice bowl idk what has happened to this place but it's not the same they don't seem to care like they use to no longer going to Taco Bell due to the lack of everything anymore
I came through the drive thru at 7:10 pm yesterday. I was trying to order when the man said you have to have the app to order that. I stated ok give me a minute to decide. He stated mam you have to move and come back through the drive through. I stated no give me a minute. There was no one else in the drive through line. I am in Hastings for the summer visiting from Florida. I went to this Taco Bell on the 4th of July. They had several new items on the menu since I had last been to a Taco Bell. Caitlin waited on my sister, myself and a friend and I was amazed how patient she was while we all peppered her with questions about the new items.
